JEONGGUK : wanna try some of mine? your spaghetti looks boring. try some of my tortellini. the cheese inside is delicious.

[ JEONGGUK and SEOKJIN are sitting at the dining table, sitting across from each other as they dine on delectable pasta in plastic to-go boxes. SEOKJIN twirls his fork around his bowl of spaghetti. ]

SEOKJIN : [ chews slowly ] really? thanks. [ stabs a tortellini off JEONGGUK'S plate with his fork ]

JEONGGUK : oh my—chill out, my guy! what's with you today? why are you so violent today? [ chuckles ]

SEOKJIN : ugh, sorry. can't help it. i'm feeling kind of... "meh" today. you get?

JEONGGUK : yeah, yeah, i get. [ takes a big bite of his meal ]

SEOKJIN : anyways, what did you want to talk about? memories and whatnot. some gibberish about not being able to remember some specifics and such. is that still on your mind?

JEONGGUK : [ shrugs ] no, not much. i just freaked out when i forgot which stop this pasta place was located near. i'm fine.

SEOKJIN : uh-huh. alright. i mean, if you think—

JEONGGUK : [ whispers ] i'm nothing like you.

SEOKJIN : [ pauses ] huh?

JEONGGUK : [ stares up at him with big eyes from his bowl of pasta ] what? i didn't say anything. [ laughs ] are you hearing things now?

SEOKJIN : n-no, i just thought i heard something. i'm kind of tired. maybe that's it.

JEONGGUK : huh. [ takes a bite out of his portion ] weird. anyways, does therapy make you feel better?

SEOKJIN : yeah, dr. jung is... kind of the best. [ smiles ]

JEONGGUK : hm. is he? i should go pay him a visit sometime.
