"We should get married immediately."
Napalingon ako kay Clicko na nakahiga lang at nakatingin sa kisame ng silid. Tumawa ako at niyakap siya. He smiled at me and pulled me even closer to him.
"It's a bad luck kapag sabay na ikinasal ang magkapatid sa iisang taon." Kwento ko habang nakahiga sa kanyang dibdib.
After what happened ay nahiga na lang kami at nagkwentuhan. We talked about how we should tell it to our families. They all know that Clicko was married to Vitara and I can't even imagine how they would react kapag nalaman nila na parte lang iyon ng trabaho ni Clicko and that I am actually his fiancee.
"Baby..." Untag niya matapos ang ilang minutong katahimikan.
"Hmmm?"
"Gusto mo bang malaman ang dahilan ko kung bakit ako nagsinungaling sa'yo noon?" Tanong niya sa akin kaya tiningala ko siya.
He smiled at me at sinuklay ang buhok ko. Napaisip ako bigla. Kahit kailan ay hindi ko nga talaga pala tinanong sa kanya iyon. It doesn't matter anyway. Whatever that certain reason is, it's only part of what we are today.
"It doesn't matter right?" Tanong ko sa kanya. He laughed and nodded like a little baby. Why is he laughing? Is there something funny?
"I wanted to be honest with you, so I'll tell you the truth all about it."
Nakangiti na sabi niya. I kissed his cheek up to his nose, to his chin and to his lips. He smiled between our kisses kaya napatigil ako doon.
"You all ready know that Dio had a real bad reputation at school, before right? Your cousins and brother probably told you about this because this is one of the famous and unforgettable incident at school before noong hindi ka pa nakalipat."
Kumunot ang noo ko at tumango sa kanya habang nagsisimula na siyang magkwento. What incident? Pilit kong inaalala kung kailan ba sina Kuya huling nagkwento sa akin ng tungkol sa mga nangyayari noon sa eskwelahan.
"There was a girl named Natalia at school before. She's pretty also and a well behaved kind of a girl. Dio and his friends got interested on her so they made a bet."
Napataas ako ng kilay doon. I think I knew already what happened. What a lame and lousy people, Dio and his friends are. Looking back, ni hindi nga kagwapohan si Dio at iyong mga kaibigan niya eh. And the heck? Ako pa talaga ang sinunod nilang pinunterya kasunod noong si Natalia?
"Ano? Pinagpustahan rin nila kung sino ang makakakuha ng virginity niya?" Halos natatawa na tanong ko.
That's too mainstream for a bet.
"You can say that but the worst part is Dio filmed the whole thing at hindi alam ni Natalia iyon. Sa sobrang takot niya na baka ipakalat ni Dio ang video, she immediately fired away from school at hindi na nagpakita pa."
Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. Oh my God? Dio seriously did those things? What a jerk! He's really an asshole! Kung nasaan man siya ngayon, I hate to say this but I hope he got his karma! Asshole.
"Geez! Really?" Gulat na tanong ko at tiningala siya. Tumango siya sa akin at nagpatuloy sa pagkukwento.
"Dio told us before that he saw you back at that bar and he got interested in you. By the look of his eyes and the smirk of his friends, I already know what will happen that's when I butt in..." Aniya.
