''He kissed you?'' Nathan yells.
''Twice.'' I reply.
''Wha- twice?'' he keeps yelling.
''Can you stop yelling?'' I ask taking a sip from my coffee.
''No, Beth, I can't stop yelling.'' he yells again.
''Nathan, for fuck's sake, can you shut up?'' I yell back.
''Why didn't you tell me before?'' he asks not yelling anymore.
''It happened yesterday.'' I say. ''When should I tell you about it?''
''You're right. You were too busy making out with Luke.'' he says.
''We weren't making out. It was just a kiss.'' I exclaim.
Fortunately, we were at Nathan's all alone.
He raises an eyebrow at me and honesty feeling his grey-blue eyes staring at me I felt guilt running all over me.
''Fine two kisses.'' I admit.
''Never mind. So, what's up with you and our Lukey now?'' he asks.
''I don't know.'' I shrug.
''You don't know? How is this possible?'' he asks.
''I- I don't know, okay? I just don't.'' I whisper the last part.
''Oh my god, he didn't ask you to be his girlfriend, did he?'' he asks shocked.
''No.'' I get chocked up.
''Beth, I'm so- Wait, are you crying?'' he asks.
''Me? Crying? Hahaha, mate, you're so funny. Why should I cry? It's not like I'm falling for him, right?'' I try not to cry in front of Nathan.
''Oh, you're falling for him? Beth...'' he whispers and hugs me.
''I- I don't know how it happened.'' I say as I cry in his hug. ''It just felt so amazing kissing him a-and I realized my feelings for him then.''
''Beth, he feels the same way as you do.'' he reassures me.
''Then, why isn't he doing anything about that?'' I ask in disbelief.
''He- I don't know. What I know is that he likes you too. I'm sure.'' he says.
''How are you so sure?'' I ask him.
''Have you seen the way he looks at you? Girl, you have caused him a huge damage. Now can you stop crying, please? I want you to tell me everything about the singing thing.'' he smiles.
''Okay.'' I smile back.
