These aliens are a type 7 on the Karshinov scale. They are fifth-dimensional looking aliens. They look similar to the beings at the end of Ben 10 omniverse, looks similar when Chuck reveals himself to Metraton as God, etc. They used to look humanoid but as they became more advanced, they modified their body so even they don't know what they originally looked like. They are wiped out the dinosaur because they wanted to test out their apocalyptic weapon on a primitive species, all they had to do was set it up on a planet, activate it and then it will attract an asteroid to the planet and wipe out most if not all life on the planet but what they didn't know or predict was that asteroid had a kind of life on it so when the asteroid wiped out the dinosaurs it brought more life to the planet aka us, humans.
