This is a story idea about a locked room mystery inside of another mystery similar to a locked room mystery involving the human heart.
As the locked room mystery goes everything in the room is locked from the inside and no signs of a struggle or any evidence.
A person is found inside a locked room and when the body is examined they discover he has a crushed heart. Yet there is no evidence of foul play or any signs of a struggle. And further analysis of the body shows no damage inside the body or outside. No contusions, broken or burst blood vessels, no wounds on the outside or inside of the body, no damage to the bones such as the ribs and sternum.
