Why does the sky sigh at night?
Does it sigh at you?
Or does it sigh at me?
Could the sky ever grow tired?
Of gazing at the world silently
And endlessly?
Could the thousands of clouds ever be rendered obsolete?
When the sky meets the stars
At an infinite horizon?
No, I don't believe so.
So, why does the sky sigh at all?
