Emily's POV:"

So so incredibly thankful we found a new bus driver. Thanks are finally going to go back to at least what they almost were.

"So, what did you think about Ashley." Demi asked me in the car.

"She's really nice. I think that she will do a really good job as our bus driver. Your bus driver."

"Our." Demi corrected me.

Moment later we arrived out in front of her house.

"Your parents are home." I told Demi.

"I know, they're good people."They'll love you."

"What's to love?" I mumbled.

"Hey. You're a good person." She told me.

"Whatever." I retorted.

She leaned over and tried to hug me. I literally pushed her away and walked out of the car, slamming the door.

"Emily." She said in frustration.

"What?" I said.

"Never mind."

"Bitch." I mumbled.

"Emily. I realize that your nervous, but your about to get grounded. Cool it with the attitude, alright? I'm here for you." She said.

I shoved past her and knocked on the front door.

"Who are you?" I rudely said as some brown hair and brown eyed girl, probably about 16 opened the door.

"I'm Madison." She said.

"Ugh. Whatever."

Demi's POV:

"Who are you?" Emily said as Madison opened the door.

"I'm Madison." She said.

"Ugh. Whatever." Emily replied.

"Sorry." I mouthed as I followed Emily up the stairs.

"Where are you going Emily?" I asked.

"I don't know. Wherever's away from you."

"Emily. Talk to me."

"No, I'm fine." She said as she quickly wiped away her tears.

"You're not fine. I need you to talk to me." I led her into my old room.

"Why are we in here?" She asked.

"This is my old room. It's quiet in here." I motioned for her to sit on the bed beside me and preceded with "talk to me."

"There's nothing to talk about."

"Emily, holding this in, all of these feelings, your thoughts, it's not good for you. Tell me what's going on. Please."

"What? If I don't your going to ground me, right?" She asked.

"No. Probably not, but I want to be able to understand."

"It's nothing." She said, sitting beside me, while fumbling with her thumbs.

"Emily, I care about you." I told her, looking into her eyes.

"My anxiety."

I nodded my head and said "what's it feel like?"

"What's what feel like?"

"Your brain. Your thoughts." I replied.

"My brain feels like it's going to explode and my thoughts..."
