I don't pay the bills,
Don't pay or take the pills,

Everything in my world is fantasy and not real,
You tell me my phone, my status, my life is a privlege,
Well tell me when IT BECAME A PRIVLEGE TO LIVE,
I'm never right I'm always long,
And you adults say I don't know anything cause I ain't lived that long,
While half of you don't have to think about being strong,
Was it a privlege to be raped?
Don't even think about that think about the age,
And I was touched at an even younger age,
And you don't think I got my fair share of pain?
Oh yeah of course it is life is a privilege that can be taken away,
BUT Y'ALL DON'T KNOW WHAT I THINK EVERYDAY,
Y'all just judge me on the inside,
And everything I do is wrong and never right,
And even if I got a good case I always seem to be guilty by association,
Of being a child,
You're grown when you're grown,
Living on your own,
But you all were just born years before me saying you've been through everything I have,
The only thing that separates me from what y'all do is experience and years,
And by you all trying to literally beat me into shape it pull out dry tears,
I'm hurting you cause you get on me for abnormal things,
I'm an abnormal human being,
Don't drink out of the sink,
How is that wrong?
I don't wanna wash the dishes and you ain't gonna wash them,
Get to class on time,
I'm not an hour late,
I'm taking the one I love to class make sure she's not late,
I'll take the consequences but when did this problem become yours,
You wasted your life and became a teacher at this poor school board,
Don't take your anger out on me,
Cause your momma just died,
You say I'm changing,
WELL YOU AIN'T DOIN SHIT ABOUT IT,
YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY,
WITHIN THE PAST 3 YEARS I'VE SEEN 15 GRAVESITES,
And you still expect me to be the same,
I still don't disrespect you in class,
My pants don't hang on my ass,
I never pull out my phone in class,
I stay neat and tidy maybe dance around at last,
I give all my effort,
You say I don't know the value of life,
A life where people kill people and I learn about it in life,
I learn history which isn't good either,
If life is so valued why is so much more wasted?
Seems the only thing to value is death,
You know the rest,
Y'all beat my ass so many times I'm sure you know it,
Constantly yell at me like I can't comprehend a word you say,
Say you been through what I been through but there's no compassion on your face,
Say you feel what I feel but don't ask how is my day,
You say you understand but you really don't know everyone is a different person,
No one can understand you like yourself,
Y'all make home seem worse than school,
So we wanna stay away from the heat stay cool,
I'm sick of hearing in my day it was that we couldn't get away with,
My momma would beat my ass,
You kids are disrespectful and bad,
Disobedient and you'll hit your head in life,
But my teachers adore me and say otherwise,
When I'm out in public they say I'm so polite,
But you think I'm a demon who can't do anything right,
Procrastinating all day and night,
I'm tired....tired with life,
The life you chose to provide,
Well look I'm standing on a ledge,
Standing on the edge,
Is life really a privilege?
