It's almost 6 pm and I only have 30 minutes before my shift ends.
I'm working in a mini mart for money, obviously. I have to work for my own tuiton for my college.
My parents? They don't care about my life right now, they have thier own lives without me in it. They don't even visit me or text me. I don't even wanna call them parents.
"Yah! Can you hear me??" a handsome guy which I think is around my age screams at me which made me jump back into reality. A handsome yet rude guy, I meant.
"O-oh! I'm sorry sir!" I quickly apologized and took whatever he's gonna buy which is..... 2 ramen? Why so cheap?
I glance back at him and he's looking at me with his arms crossed and his right eyebrow raised. As I could see right now, he's arrogant as I expected.
I quickly gave him what he bought and sat at my chair awkwardly as he locked he's eyes on me, eyeing me weirdly while heading out.
That's a wierd costumer, right there! He's handsome though.....
KYAAAAA!
"Eunha, your shift is over. You can go home now." my boss said as he walked out of the staff's room. I looked at my watch then looked at him, confused. It's not even 6:30.
I just did what he said because I really wanna go home now! I'm tired as hell!
"Okay, bye!" I waved at him and ran out.
He's my friend actually, who is very kind. He's that kind to give me a job. I know right! Too kind..
As I walked out of the mini mart, I saw the guy from earlier that bought 2 ramen.
I tried to walk past him but he grabbed my arm.
I looked at him with wide eyes as I thought that he was gonna rape me or something. What do I do? What do I do?! Should I kick his balls and run away?.. That's harsh bu---
"I need to talk to you."
"W-what do y-you need??" I asked nervously as he let go of my arm after seeing my expression. Is he gonna do something bad to me? Do I need to back off??
"Can you pretend that you're my girlfriend?" he suddenly asked which made me choke on my saliva.
"What are you saying right now? Can you hear yourself? We barely know eachother! I won't do it!" I said and started walking away. Like I would do it.. Even if he's handsome, I won't do it.
"I'll give you 500,000 a month! Would you take the offer??" he quickly added as I stopped on my tracks. I really need money for college and my rent. What if this is the only way? My salary from the mini mart is so small.
"So if I pretend to be your girlfriend, you're gonna give me money, right?" I asked as I looked back at him. I mean.. the money would help me a lot in my life though.
"Exactly!" he said with a smirk, knowing that I won't resist that much money. Let's do it!
"Deal?"
"Deal!"
