"Hiccup, I don't think we're going to find them." You said as you flew through the air looking to the ground. It had been about an hour of this and your head was starting to hurt from looking down. You rolled your neck as your neck cracked and popped slightly, then rested it on Hiccup's back. Since your ear was on his back you could hear a low chuckle from somewhere deep inside him.

"I guess we could get a few more people to help us." You nodded against his back as your stomach let out a dying whale sound, telling you that you were hungry. You earned another soft chuckle from the young Viking. "I guess after we eat?" You lifted your head and let your lips brush the back of his neck. "That would be great." You held back a laugh as a shiver ran down his spine. You loved making he act that way. Something only you could do to him. That and it was fun to tease him, and watch him go a little crazy.

Your hands unwrapped themselves from Hiccup's waist and made their way to his hair as you pulled three stands and started to braid them. He turned his head, "what are you doing?"

"Stop moving your head, I'm just playing with it."

"It feels like your styling my hair." You giggled. "I'm just braiding it."

"Is my hair even long enough for that?" He laughed as you continued to braid. "Yep, your hair is just long enough." He laughed a little and started to relax and you noticed little goosebumps on the back of his neck. When you finished the tiny braid your finger gently ran down the back of his neck making the bumps more noticeable, and crossing out the theory that they were caused from the cold air. He reached back and touched the braid that you had made. For a moment you thought he would pull it out, but to your delight he left it in.

"You know," he started glancing back at you. "I really like it when you touch me like that." You blush at his words and wrap your arms back around him smiling. "Hiccup I-"

"Wait!" You stopped and looked where he was looking. "I think I saw something move." Toothless hovered in the air while both of your eyes searched for what Hiccup had seen earlier. Your eyes landed on a brown figure and you laughed. "Is that it?" You pointed to a deer and its baby. He groaned and shook his head. "I don't know. Maybe?" You rubbed his shoulders. "Come on, let's head back." He nodded and Toothless turned heading back.

The black Night Fury landed next to The Great Hall. Hiccup slid off then offered you a hand to help you down. You took it gratefully and slid off the saddle, stretching your muscles.

You walked through the doors of the great building as your eyes landed on the table where you, Hiccup, and your friends usually sat. You quickly grab some food and make your way over to them. Hiccup sat down next to Snotlout and you sat next to Hiccup on the edge. Hiccup, without saying hi, went straight to the point. He told them everything that had taken place so far. The names of the men, their purpose for being there, the arrow, where the were from.

"And we need to find them. All the boats have been on watch and nothing. They are here and we need to find them. Are you guys up for it?" The table was listening closely and they nodded. "Of course we'll help." Astrid said giving him a smile. Hiccup smiles back at her, "great. We have so much more to figure out. And we need avoid a war." His face became grim. You knew Hiccup hated even the idea of war.

"Even if we do catch these guys won't they just die like Slothi did?" Hiccup shook his head. "This time, we are questioning them were there are no windows and no way for them to die." Hiccup's gaze turned to you when you shifted, remembering what had happened. The sight was absolute horrible, something you never wanted to see again.

"Anyway, how are we suppose to find these guys?" Snotlout asked rolling his eyes at Hiccup. "Well here's what we'll do."

After talking about who would cover where, normal conversation took over the table. Taking with everyone made you relax and forget about everything that had happened in the past day. You noticed Astrid seemed bothered by something. She wasn't her normal self. Normally she would laugh and roll her eyes at the twins' dump jokes and threaten Snotlout for being, well... Snotlout. But right now she seemed like she was deep in thought. You were about to open your mouth to question the blonde when, right on cue, she snapped her head to Hiccup.
