Disclaimer: At the time of writing this poem, I did not want it to sound like it was about a school shooting. The though in my head at the time was that the teachers had mutated into monsters, and the school was destroyed. It was later pointed out to me that this sounded like a school shooting, but please keep in mind this isn't supposed to sound like a school shooting.

Classrooms are dark as apples rot,
Oh so hard had the students fought
The teachers turned dark,
The blood on the walls have left its mark
Students tried to run, tried to hide,
The school went full-on genocide
They cried out for help, but nobody came,
The student's deaths were all the same
Blood an tears leave a stain,
In their final moments, all they felt was pain
They watched with a frown,
The last thing they remember is how their death went down
Everything is painted in red,
Now all the students are dead
The light has left their eyes for good,
Their bodies are buried where the school once stood
