You backed away from Jack, before he could get to three. You didn't look behind you either, since all you did was slide off of Jacks lap and scooted back with your legs. Jack laughed but you didn't notice. You sat out of his reach and frowned since, he was actually keeping you warm. 'What is wrong with me?' You thought to yourself as you crossed your legs and rested your hands in your lap.

"Now... To sum up what happened well... I became what you see now... I don't remember totally since its so fuzzy, but next thing I knew I was a cannibal. I ate human organs. I could eat normal food, but meat didn't ever sit right with me. I would always throw it up and what not." Jack spoke out, part of him seemed pissed, another part seemed sad, "I made friends, a lot of them honestly. They all did the same as me... They kill. My friends used to supply a stock of organs for me, and let alone, I always left my DNA at the scene. I had been running from cops for years until a faithful day of me not listing to... A guy, I got put in a bad spot and it was either me or my friend and well, you see where I'm at now." Jack laughed a soft smile tugging at his lips but he soon frowned, "I would have expected to be out by now, yet here I sit. I cant die; they have tried many of times as well. I was in and out of prisons like I was in a circus. It was hard to tame let alone and finally there was this prison with many floors and... Well I was stuck here. I lost track of the days and years that passed. I remember one by one thing lights burning out and they had yet to replace them. Maybe its because I'm a monster. Maybe..." Jack trailed off, he sighed and looked down at his hands that laid in his lap. You hadn't noticed til now but he has sharp nails. You tilted your head and frowned.

'This man learned his lesson, I'm sure he's safe now. Maybe bipolar but safe...' You thought to yourself and you hadn't realized Jack was looking right at you, holding the faintest smile on his lips. "Well... You've changed-" You started to defend Jack which made him laugh and shake his head, "No you don't understand." Jack sighed out, him lips that used to hold a smile, now held a bitter frown, "(Y/n). No matter how hard you look, no matter how much you talk. I'm still the monster I was years ago. If I was to ever get out... I would gladly kill again." Jack smirked darkly at you which made your blood run cold and you shivered. "Jack..." You mumbled out softly in disbelief, which made Jack's smirk widen, that which wasn't one smirk you've seen before, it was that of his insanity. You could clearly see his teeth, which made you blink, they weren't normal like you thought, they were sharp and pointed. You knew his teeth could tear flesh.

You didn't dare back up as Jack seen the fear in your eyes, his smirk never let down. Jack was waiting for you to run, even though you knew he killed and he could hurt you. After you sat there for moments, Jack waiting; to which soon he look at you confused. After all he told you, you still sat there. "Are you really not scared of me?" Jack mumbled, his voice barley above a whisper, which all in all, you didn't hear him speaking a word. "Why." Jack asked, knowing his voice cracked.

To him, you hadn't realized you became special after a meeting and you actually came back again to see him. Even after you seen he had no eyes, his skin being ash-gray, him seeming everything of that which is a monster, you still were there. Jack growled out in frustration, to him he knew you were bound to leave like all the other girls he met, you were bound to be scared off. Yet there in front of Jack you sat. Yes, he could tell you were scared but you didn't run. Jack just watched you, reacting to him almost break down right in front of you, your look of concern and worry made his heart flutter. Little had you known you became no ordinary girl to Jack now, he felt a need to keep you.

"(Y/n)... Don't look at me like that." Jack whispered out loud enough so you could hear, "Please I hate that look." You sighed and tilted your head staring at the eyeless man. 'Did he hate that I was worried?' Your thought quickly intervened as you open your mouth to speak but no words escaped.

"Are you scared?" Jack asked softly, you could hear in his voice he was worried. "No Jack." you spoke out softly as you started to crawl towards him. "I trust you." You spoke out as you now kneeled in front of Jack and held your (s/c) hand out to him, a soft smile played on your lips.

Jack smirked as he took your hand and pulled you forward, causing you to fall against his chest, his arms wrapping around your mid-back. Jack chuckled as you felt his chapped lips press against your forehead. Your face lit up like a Christmas tree as he rested his chin on the top of your head now. You covered your face with your hand and let out a soft groan, "Really Jack?" You mumbled into your hand. Jack chuckled as he slid his hands down your back and placed his hands on your ass and pulled you up to sit on his lap once more. You ended up letting out a soft squeal in surprise by his actions before burying your face into the crook of his neck, "Oh I hate you." You mumbled out softly against his skin. "You'll love me eventually." Jack shot back and let out a low chuckle.
