Grayson was at work.
Work? You might ask.
Yes work. He said he wanted to have a partially normal life.
Don't blame him.
"Ethan?" I got Ethan's attention.
"Yes, babe?" He smiled at me.
"Can we go visit Grayson at work." I smirked. Hoping he caught on.
I saw his lips curve into a smirk too and said "of course."
He caught on.
We both rushed to the car. Grayson worked at the toast cafe. A waiter. Classic.
Ethan knew I liked messing around with Grayson. With teasing about stupid stuff or just pranking him once in a while. Or like all the time.
"Come on, Ethan!" I cheered and practically dragged him to the restaurant.
Once we got our seats we waited for Grayson to come.
I already thought of some pranks.
After talking with Ethan for some time, Grayson came wearing his all black uniform and the black hat with the restaurants name.
"Hello, what would you like today?" Grayson didn't even look at us as he said that. Grayson looked tired and worn out. He's been working since 6 in the morning.
"Well hello to you too." Ethan said in a teasing way.
Grayson immediately looked up and saw us smirking and we heard him groan and rub his face frustratingly. He knew what was about to happen since we come here just to tease him.
"That's no way to treat customers, Grayson." I pouted and rested my head on my arm looking up at him.
Grayson sighed before saying "hello, what would you like today." He said sarcastically smiling.
"That's more like it." Ethan clapped his hands. As if saying 'you did it'.
Grayson closed his eyes before opening them again.
"I would like some scrambled eggs, but hard boiled." Ethan joked but played it off serious.
Grayson gave him a death glare.
"He wants hard boiled eggs but then you cut em' up like this." I make the chopping motion with my hands.
"Oh my gosh." Grayson grunted and wrote something down.
"Anything else?" Grayson said and looked up at his idiot brother.
"Hash Browns. But instead of it brown make them blue with red in the middle like tie dye." Ethan said serious but clearly kidding. I love this already.
"Oh fuck." Grayson whined and rubbed his face again. He was clearly pissed with us.
I snorted and laughed a little but immediately stopped.
