"I hate kids." I growled and some kid threw a cupcake at my face.
I nodded my head and just let it happen. Ethan made me go with him to Matty's birthday and the kids are messing with me and it's gettin on my nerves.
I don't even know where Ethan is. He's probably watching from a distance laughing at me.
I then felt silly string on my face. There goes my makeup. I'm never wearing it again.
"Are you do—" I got cut off by more silky string.
Just let it happen.
They're just kids.
"You gots be kidding me—" I cut cut off for the second time by someone smudging the cupcake all over my face.
If you can't beat em', join em'
"ME HOY MINOY!" I yelled jumping out of my seat and started chasing the kids around.
They laughed and screamed jokingly.
They started climbing up the play ground like monkeys.
"You gotta be kidding me." I bluntly said to myself.
"I ain't doing this, bye!" I said and started to walk away.
Half way through I felt a bunch of little hand jump into me making me lose my balance and fall forward.
The kids started laughing and jumping on me in pure happiness.
Well I ain't so happy.
"Can you rugrats get off—" I got cut off.
"Haha no this is fun!" One of the kids yelled and jumped on my back.
All the air got sucked out of me on that one.
"Ok get off." I grunted and got up.
The kids gave me a sad look then hugged my legs.
Great.
I walked with all of them on my leg. "Ok why don't we go get ice cream after I get cleaned up yea?" I bargained.
They all cheered and let go of my leg going back to the playground.
I sighed and opened the slide door to the living room where all the adults were.
They all stared at me before bursting out into laughter and I saw Ethan smile and jog over to me.
"What happened?" He asked and everyone listened in.
"We're never having kids." I said and chuckled a little bit.
"No I want a grandkid!" Lisa complained.
I sighed but chuckled.
"Let's get you cleaned up." Ethan smiled and brought me upstairs.
"I love you, I really do but we are never having kids." I said to Ethan as he cleaned my face with a wet towel.
"Don't say that. We are. One day." Ethan said with a smile.
"God help me." I said jokingly and Ethan laughed.
"What are we even gonna name our kid?" Ethan said and rested his hands at my thighs when he finished cleaning my face.
"Mistake." I scoffed.
Ethan laughed "no but really?" He added.
"If a girl, Reyna. Because in Spanish it means queen. And leo if a guy. Because why not." I shrugged.
"I love it." Ethan smiled and kissed me.
