Hans didn't fail. He showed up right on time. On the dot. He probably parked a block away and waited for 6:45 to come.

Elsa had slipped on a t-shirt, jeans, and a sweatshirt tied around her waist. It may have been summer, but the ice rink was chilly, obviously. She didn't worry about her appearance. She wasn't worried about impressing Hans. She actually wasn't worried about impressing any boy. Her jeans weren't exactly skinny and her t-shirt was nothing to brag about. It simply had a snowflake in the middle.

Elsa told Anna she was going out and after much questioning, she just told her she was going to the ice rink, which was the truth. Elsa reached the door before Hans could and yelled, "I'm going, Anna!"

"Okay!" Was her only reply.

Elsa opened the door and closed it abruptly. Hans was halfway to the door and stopped when he saw her. "Excited to be with me, are we?" His cat smirk was full.

"Just get this over with," Elsa muttered and walked right past him. Up from behind her, she felt his arm slide around her waist. "Hans, stop it!" She shoved him off.

"You're no fun." Hans said, Elsa could image his cocky smile. He went to open the door for her, but she reached it first and closed it behind her.

She saw him in the mirror. He looked slightly aggravated, but he walked around to the driver's seat and closed the door. Before he started the engine, he looked in the rearview mirror and groomed himself quickly. He surely was related to a cat in some way. Elsa ignored him as he inserted the key and drove off.

"I see the snowflake obsession hasn't worn off," Hans started.

Elsa rolled her eyes, "It's not an obsession."

"Because your room decor, outfits, and job don't count apparently," Hans said sarcastically, a grin forming on his face.

"I like snowflakes, you like yourself. We both have our interests."

"Apparently we have something in common."

"And what's that?" Elsa asked, quite bored.

"We both like me!" He said cockily.

"Don't flatter yourself. It only adds to your horrible egotistical self."

Hans just smirked at her comment. They arrived at the rink. For Elsa, they didn't get there a moment too soon. She quickly got out and headed for the doors, not even waiting for Hans.

She could hear him trotting to keep up with her. "Thanks for waiting for me," he said sarcastically while straightening his jacket.

He gave the stand their tickets and pulled Elsa to their seats. They weren't bad. Actually, they were right in the middle, so they could see almost every part of the rink. The show started.

Ugh, Monday. The weekend was way too quick for Jack's taste. He worked at the ice cream shop that morning and had work again that evening. He pulled up to the rink and slung his uniform over his shoulder. He was early, so he was in no rush. He changed in a locker room and filled his tray. Pretty soon he was out in the stands selling an assortment of snacks. He walked up to a couple near the center of the stands. "Popcorn? Cotton candy? Regular candy? Ch-"

"Popcorn over here!" A guy with dark red hair waved his hand.

Jack walked over to him, "that'll be-" the girl. Elsa? That was Elsa. She widened her eyes at him and mouthed 'Jack?' to him. He slightly nodded.

"Excuse me, how much?" The red headed man asked, breaking Jack's thoughts.

"Oh, uh, 3 dollars." Jack said.

As the man fumbled for the money, Jack looked back to Elsa. He gave her a questioning look.

Her eyes looked at him pleadingly.

"Uh, I only got $2.50, can you help me out, Else?"

Elsa glared at him and pulled two quarters out of her pocket.

He took it, said a quick thank you, and took the popcorn.

That was rude, Jack thought to himself. He made Elsa pay for some of it. That reminded him, what was she doing here with this guy anyway? She never mentioned a boyfriend. Who was this guy?

❄❄❄

Jack left and it saddened Elsa for some reason. Maybe because she thought he could help her. Again. She still owed him for the pranking thing.

She elbowed Hans, "Don't call me Else." She warned.

"I thought you would like a nickname?" Hans said teasingly.

"No," she said coldly, watching the show.

"Alright Ice Princess." He settled back in his seat.

Elsa's head spun in his direction, "What?"

"Ice Princess. It suits you."

"Very funny, she crossed her arms and watched the performance. After a while, she felt an arm slither around her neck. She swiped it off and elbowed him again in the stomach.

"Ouch. You know, you're more like an Ice Queen," Hans commented as he folded his arms behind his head.

Jack watched as Elsa and her date argued. It was quite amusing. It was obvious she didn't want to be there, but he kept trying to make a move on her. The way she let him off cold sparked Jack's interest.

He used his best effort to concentrate on his job. He didn't sell as many things as last time, but Elsa's little show was worth it.

After the show, the two got up and went to the parking lot. He watched as Elsa kept pushing him off. Seriously, it was hilarious!

Then he heard the name of the jerk...
