Chapter forty five

'So Halloween is next week what should we do' Kylie asked excitedly 'actually I'm thinking of sitting Halloween out this year' I said placing my pen on my notebook 'what you can't just sit out Halloween' Justin said turning around in his seat to face me 'and you shouldn't be eavesdropping on our conversation' 'wait you're thinking out sitting Halloween out, you can't do that, that's literally a sin' Selena said now joining the conversation 'isn't anybody here doing the work' I said trying to get off topic 'maybe if the teacher wasn't asleep on his desk we probably would' Megan now joined the conversation. Great. 'And you sitting in on Halloween is not going to happen' she continued 'yeah like are we that boring that you'd prefer to hangout with yourself rather than us' Selena said 'no' I'd rather stay inside and hangout with Ariana I finished in my head

'Then that's that y/n you're hanging out with us on Halloween' Megan smiled 'wait hold up you're hanging out with us on Halloween' Justin said now turning the focus of the conversation on Megan 'yeah Kylie asked me to yesterday when we all left school' 'stop right there you all left me here alone yesterday' Justin said looking between us for confirmation 'Megan invited herself' I spoke up 'no no Selena invited me' she said pointing at Selena 'and y/n invited Kylie and I' 'so you all basically ditched school and me' Justin said turn his back to all of us now

'Wait what are we going to do for Halloween' Kylie said still looking for an answer off someone 'Justin will probably throw a party' I said pointing to his back 'no I'm not' Justin said with his back still turned to us 'wait' Megan said making us all look at her 'I know this club we can get into it's only like maybe thirty minute drive from my house we can go there' 'how will you get us in exactly' I questioned 'oh don't you worry about that leave that with me' 'can I come' Justin turned back around to us 'of course' Megan smiled at him

'Why do I have a feeling that this plan is not going to work out' I said 'y/n just go with the flow' Kylie said in a hippie voice making me laugh 'okay but if it doesn't I told you so'

'I don't know I just find it weird that she's hanging around with us now like even when I was with her she never once spoken to Justin, Kylie or Selena it's weird' 'it is kinda weird when you overthink it but if you don't she probably just wants to be friends with all of you that's all' Camila said taking a sup of her milkshake 'maybe I don't know what are you going to do on Halloween' I asked 'nothing I have no one to do anything with so I'm just going to sit in' she placed her milkshake beside her 'oh no you're not' I said with a smile on my face 'what do you mean by that' she looked over at me 'you're gonna come to that club with us' 'no I'm not' Camila said nodding her head 'yes you are'

'No I'm not'

'Ehm yes you are'

'Come on I know you want to'

'Sorry I didn't quite get that, what did you say' I held my hand up beside my ear

'I'll go y/n' she smiled looking down

'So any progress on making friends who don't have problems' I laughed 'y/n you don't have a problem' she said getting serious 'whatever so have you made any new friends nice ones' 'no not really but my friends were nice when they were you know my friends' I laughed 'they were evil Camila' 'what how' 'well for starters they always commented on something about me and commented on our relationship' 'they were just trying to be funny' I held up my hand 'okay why are you defending them we should be bitching about them right now and you should be telling me secrets that they told you' Camila laughed at what I said 'I won't go as low as them' 'you're right let's just enjoy this beautiful view' I waved my hand out at the view in front of us

Camila sighed and laid her head on left shoulder, we were sitting on top of a building looking out at all the city lights 'I'm so glad that you came into my life y/n' she said after a few minutes of silence 'what makes you say that' she lifted her head off of my shoulder and looked at me 'because you're such an amazing person and even though you have your own shit to deal with you're still there to help other people feel better' I looked down at my dangling feet 'I do my best' I smiled 'you do and you know what I feel like you're taken for granted and that other people should appreciate you much more than they do' I couldn't help tear up at what she said 'thanks I actually needed to hear that' I said wiping a tear that was falling down my cheek, she grabbed my wrist gently and pulled it down to my side 'it's good to let it out sometimes'

It was now my turn to lay my head on her shoulder letting myself go with my shoulders jumping up and down while doing so 'what's going on in your head y/n' she said rubbing my back 'it's just sometimes I feel like I'm not important to anyone you know it's like as if I don't play an important part in their life I just I just don't feel like anybody loves me' when I said that last sentence Ariana immediately came to my mind 'even when someone tells me they love me I just feel numb'.

I'm thinking I should start leaving like a author's note I think that this is called at the end of chapters more so thanks for reading and I can still barely understand how to use this app
