I was laying in bed when I received a call from Joel.
Lizeth: Hello?
Joel: We got it, mi amor! -He said with happiness-
Lizeth: Got What? -He then told me what they did for me. I can't belive they would do that for me.- omg!
Joel: You are coming back you're going to Stanford! I promises!
Lizeth: Joel, I don't even know what to say! Thank you! - I felt relief and happiness wash over me!-
Joel: I love you!
Lizeth! I love you more!
A couple of hours later my mom called me to go downstairs. I got out of bed and walked towards her. She was sitting in the kitchen table with a bottle of liquor. My mom rarely ever drinks so it caught me by surprise.
Lizeth: Mom?
Mom: Hola mi niña. Siéntate. Necesitamos hablar. Te debo una disculpa enorme. Fue un error pensar que tu pudieras ser capas de algo así. Perdón por no hacerte caso cuando me dijiste que no fuiste tu. Discúlpame. -She apologized in regret.-
Lizeth: Ma. Esta bien! I'm sorry for acting the way that I did. I should've made you listen instead of getting mad at you! I should've done more to prove my innocence. I was just tired from everthing. All I want to do is start over. Go back to school and be a normal teenager again. -I admitted-
Mom: Well then I got some good news. Mr. Sharp called. You can go back to school on Monday.
Lizeth: What really? -I asked with a huge smile and she nodded.- Omg! -I ran to her a gave her a hug.- I love you!
Mom: Yo más, mi vida!
~A couple months later~
Today is Joel and I's one year anniversary. We had a rough year and a rough start but now we know each other more than we ever thought we would. Rebecca is no longer in our lives. She moved right after I returned to school. I remember watching her drive away from the living room window and leaving a completely empty house behind. Thankfully a couple of weeks later Ashley moved in. She is one of our closest friends who is actually dating Erick. I think that they make the cutest couple. Things have been amazing since then. Joel is taking me somewhere to celebrate our anniversary. I don't know where but he said it would be special. Then I heard the door bell rig. I ran downstairs to open the door and it was, Veronica, Vanessa, Melany, Melissa, Clair and Ashley who were there to help me get ready for my date.

A couple of hours later Joel had arrived. I opened the front door and he was holding a single white rose. He said the red ones were such a cliché. He looked so handsome that I couldn't believe that he was still by my side after everything that happened.
Joel: WOW! -He looked at me up and down. -You are the most gorgeous girl on this planet!- He has said that about a million times and I still blush every time.-
He took me by the hand and we walked towards his car. He opened the door for me like a gentlemen and we drove off. He took me to where we went on our first date. To the beach by the rocks. When we got there I took my heels off. I loved the felling of my bare feet on the sand.
Lizeth: WOW! -I gasped at what I saw. There was a table with candles and a bouquet of white roses in the middle. There was food on a cart next to the table.
Joel: I know that we never really do anything romantic so I thought why not and...
Lizeth: Joel, it's perfect! -I smiled at him-
Joel: Shall we? -He grabbed my hand and we sat down to eat.-
For dinner he bough ravioli from portillos which is my favorite and some cheese fries. He served it to look very elegant and I loved it. When we were done with our food we laid down on a blanket that was laid down on the sand with some pillows and a bowl of takis.
Lizeth: Thank you! This was perfect! -I said as I laid on his chest.-
Joel: Let's make it more perfect.-He playfully rolled me over and started to kiss my neck then moved up to my lips and then started to move back down. Moments later I felt him pull down my skirt and saw him take his shirt off. What happened next was in fact perfect.
