Chapter 52

Hey guys. So this chapter is a little bit early because of 1. I'm going ice skating tomorrow and 2. I have a new phone and I have to re-install every app, including Wattpad. Don't judge me but I forgot my password for my account and it's taking longer then I expected to reset it.  I had to use my nan's laptop for this chapter, but hopefully by the time the next chapter is due to my phone will be working. Sorry guys  

Third-person P.O.V 

All the wizards are still in the centre of Croesus when we heard bells start to ring.

"Alright kids, Fairytail will be guarding the centre plaza" Master Makerove  instructed them

" but what about the rest of the guilds?" (Y/N) asked 

"They'll all be on standby in other parts of the city" Max explained 

"You need to rest, Erza. We've got this " Kana said walking up to Erza with a barrel of booze under her arm 

"I'll be fine" the redhead replied shortly 

"Well if not you, could you try convincing (Y/N) to sit out? I'd try myself but you know how stubborn she can be. She'll act like she's fine when she really is exhausted but will try to ignore it. She may listen to you " Laxus said approaching the two girls 

Erza smiled at the lighting dragons concern for his girlfriend.

"I'll try my best but as you said, she's stubborn. She is maybe even more stubborn than her brother. " Erza looked over to the girl in question who was looking up at the moon which was now an eerie blood red. 

(Time skip) 

All the other guilds had gone to their designated points while Fairytail stayed in the centre plaza. 

Everyone was just scattered around in groups, waiting for the dragons to arrive. But (Y/N) was standing alone, her eyes still fixed on the blood moon, a serious look on her face. 

Erza walked up next to her, her eyes were also on the moon. 

" I already know what you're going to say, Erza." (Y/N) said not even looking at her 

" And I have a feeling I know what your answer is going to be" Erza replied 

(Y/N) turned towards Erza but kept her gaze on the moon for a couple more seconds before looking at her. Her face is still serious. 

" Then why bother coming to ask me to sit this out when you know I'm going to say no, I'm not a kid anymore ,Erza" (Y/N) said and looked away, annoyed that 7 years later  she is  still being  treated as  if she's still a 12-year-old little girl. 

Erza keeps a calm face.

" I never said you were, and I'm not the one asking you to not get involved" Erza smiled softly at her 

 (Y/N) whipped her head  back at Erza sharply 

" Then who is?" She asked quickly 

Erza looked (Y/N) in the eye.

" He wanted you to get some rest after your fight and he thought you might listen to me more than him." 

(Y/N)'s serious  look shifted into a confused one 

"again, who 'he'?" She asked quickly again

Erza looked over (Y/N)'s shoulder 

"he is " Erza nodded to the person behind (Y/N) 

(Y/N) turned around to see Laxus standing a few feet behind her with a sheepish look. 

Erza walked away to give the two some privacy.

Laxus walked up to his girlfriend timidly, like someone approaching a wild animal not knowing if their going to attack them or in this case yell at them. 

(Y/N) looked at Laxus beyond angry with her arms crossed
