14. Gideon Takes Action

Mabel walked in holding the cup of water, 2 actually; one for her, and one for you. Bill gave you a smirk,

"Well, time to annoy Pine-Tree." Bill said - acting as if nothing happened. Mabel frowned,

"You're not gonna tell Dipper what happened to (y/n), riiight?" Mabel asked, her eyes sneering. Bill blinked,

"Uh....no."

"Cause Dipper's gonna be all concerned....and he's gonna come here...and take her away from you..." Mabel took a few steps closer, a huge grin forming on her face.

"And you won't be able to see her...oh but when you're gone I'll be with (y/n)!" She continued, as Bill perked up, glancing at her.

"Don't you even dare."

"Why? Jealous?" Mabel's grin grew, as Bill's head zapped away from her.

"Shut up. I'm gonna annoy Pine-Tree." Bill muttered, before snapping and vanishing. Mabel's grin didn't wear off,

"Oh he so has feelings for her.." She whispered, twiddling her fingers like a villain.

"...Pardon?" You called out, not hearing what she said earlier. She turned around, the grin never fading,

"Nothing~"

Dipper turned the page of the journal, a smile on his face. Ah....it's so quiet....

His smile vanished, his eyes glancing over at the empty bed on the other side of the room.

Too quiet....

Dipper shrugged his shoulders; this is what it's like when Mabel is gone. The room gets awfully quiet, making the aura seem lonesome. However that soon changed, as Dipper felt a sort of vibe that he knew who's coming. Dipper rolled his eyes, his journal came onto his lap - to see Bill smirking down on the boy.

"...Hi Bill."

"Hey Pine-Tree~" Bill greeted, his smirk growing, "I see you're doing the same as usual~"

"I see you're annoying as usual." Dipper responded, as Bill's smirk faded, a fake pout appeared.

"You hurt my feewings~" His hand was placed on his chest. Dipper rolled his eyes,

"Oh no, I feel so bad." Dipper sarcastically spoke, sitting more upward.

"So, what do you want? Weren't you going to be with Mabel?" Dipper asked, as Bill raised an eyebrow,

"I did have my fun with her, so now I am gonna hang out with you." Bill responded, as Dipper shrugged, crossing his arms.

"What is it that I have that makes you so inter-" Dipper was about to continue, before taking a closer examination on the dream demon. Bill tilted his head,

"What?"

"...you're pale." Dipper slowly stood, as Bill took a step back.

"Whooaa Pine-Tree; I know I break your bubble but this is..a...heh......" Bill nervously chuckled, seeing that Dipper is taking very close examinations.

"This is....too close Pine-Tree...too CLOSE!" Bill yelped, tripping on Mabel's bed - sitting on it. Dipper leaned towards Bill, examining him still.

"...Pine-Tree." Bill called him, as Dipper stared at Bill's eye.

"Have you been using too much of your power?" Dipper asked, as Bill perked up,

"What.? Pfff....no I haven't-"

"Bill."

"I mean....why would I use my po-"
