I held her close, she needed it.

The moment I saw her standing outside gazing up at the stars, like she was looking for something she lost.

I felt the urge to talk to her, I've never felt like this about someone, it's for the most part them making contact with me.

But something about this girl made me walk right up to her. And what I said was stupid, but it sparked a conversation.

So in this right moment with her wrapped tightly in my arms, I didn't care what I said to get in contact with her.

When I saw her, I didn't expect her to be this broken, but she was.

Something in just wanted to hug all her broken pieces back together. I wanted her to believe in the good.

Her story told me, that her over thinking, wasn't caused by not having any true friends, it was caused by the sudden loss of one of her dearest.

A loss that she had a hard time coming to terms with, a loss that weren't talked about.

I didn't pity her.

I wanted her to feel safe, she was in a new country, no continent, she needed to have a safe zone, and if that was to be me, I didn't mind.

I knew more about her, than she knew about me, yet she knew my name, and I didn't know hers.

"Okay we're way past the introduction stage, so mind telling me your name?" I asked after holding her in my arms for a bit.

"I forgot to tell you my name?" she asked, her cheeks turning a crimson red.

I nodded before chuckling, I couldn't help but find her green eyes and shoulder lengths blonde hair memorizing.

She was striking.

"Caliana"

"A beautiful name for an even more beautiful girl" I charmed her with a smile.

"Shut up" she hit my chest playfully, I just smiled pulling her closer, maybe she didn't need to be embraced this much, but I found it addicting.

I'm addicted on a drug that I just learned the name off, Caliana.

Caliana the beautiful girl, that didn't try to hard, but left words that stuck around, even though she tended to ramble on, her words were chosen carefully.

"Keep it on a friendly level will you"

I wish I could.

"Anything for you... Beauty" I winked before I heard my name was called, from the crowd. "Wait here" I ordered Caliana.

I did some voice warms up on my way to the stage.

"Hey what's up Sydney" I called as I stepped onto the stage, and the crowd went wild. I couldn't help but feel grateful.

"How are you all to night?"

I got a lot of yelling in return, probably saying that they were good. "Good I feel the same way" I said before I started playing Say.

He looked so happy singing his songs for his fans, who all could the lyrics by heart, it made me happy too.

Music was my escape.

Live music was even better.

'maybe it's in the gutter where I left my lover'

'what an expensive fate'

'my V is for Vendetta'

'thought that I'd feel better'

'but now I got a bellyache'

I didn't stop myself from enjoying his show, and I surely didn't stop my lips from singing along to the few songs I knew.

The next song he started playing was Who Did That To You, and his voice started in such a low node, that goosebumps appeared all over my skin.

I just stood backstage and bobbed my head in the rhythm of the songs he played.

He was so talented, I couldn't help but feel lucky, that he had went out to get air, at the same time as me.

Maybe it was fate.

Or maybe it was all a coincident, nobody would ever know, which probably was fine. I just stood there just enjoying the show.

He was amazing, no one was quite like him.

He just met me today, he treated me like we had known each forever, and it felt good, to be treated normally and not with care.

Maybe he was my knight in a shining armor.

"Who are you if I may ask?" I turned around as someone popped up behind me, "I'm Caliana, I know Ruel?" I sounded more unsure than sure.

"Sure that's what they all say" the man grumbled before pulling me away from the backstage area.

"And who are you to tell me, who I am?" I fought back.

"Security"

"Well ask Ruel I know him"

"Little girl I don't know if we're in the same world but right now, in my world, he is on stage" I just got him angrier than before.

"You have to listen I know him" I begged, but I just got pulled along.
