"I said I'm fine, okay?", I said to give them the assurance they need.

"Pag sinaktan ka, ako bahala sayo. Ipapasalvage ko yun", pabirong sabi ng maganda naming captain

"Cap... kaya na ni Jema yan. Sabi niya diba? Down the line aabutin nun", pagyayabang naman ni Ate Lyn and then she smirked at me

"I have to go na ha? I love you girls!", I  gave them a hug and patted Fhen's head "Uy, I'm fine. Have to go. See you!", I told her and then went on to leave.

I was on my way to the parking lot when two supporters called me over. I think they're from Adamson rin dahil sa shirt nila.

"Ate Jema, ang galing mo po!", puri sakin ng isang cute na girl

"Oo nga po ate. Keep it up", dagdag naman ng isa niyang kasama

"Thank you hehe", mahinhin kong sagot. I gave them a smile at nagpaalam na.

"I gotta go ha? May kailangan pa kasi akong puntahan eh", pageexplain ko sa kanila

"Opo ate. Babye!", they said in chorus

I saw her inside the car na kumakanta kaya dahan dahan akong lumapit kung nasan sya.

"Fuck", she uttered when she saw me outside. She immediately opened the door at inalok na akong pumasok.

"S-sorry. P-pasok ka", offer niya.

Pinagbuksan niya ako ng pinto at naupo lang ako sa side seat ng driver.
Walang kumikibo. The song's playing pero this time hindi na siya sumasabay, nakatingin lang siya sakin. Although di ako nakatingin sa kanya, I badly feel her stares.

Sitting here wide awake
Thinking about when I last saw you
I know you’re not far away
I close my eyes and I still see you
Lying here next to me
Wearing nothing but a smile

I looked at her while she sings the first verse.

"Ang pogi", I told myself.

Gotta leave right away
Counting cracks along the pavement
To see you face to face
Thinking about the conversation
I know I’m not one to change
I’ve never wanted nothing more
But as I walk up to your door

I'm standing in the dark
She’s dancing on the table
I’m looking through the glass
She’s someone else’s angel
It may sound stupid that I'm wanting you back
But I'm wanting you back, girl
And now I’m standing in the dark, dark, oh
Dark, dark

All I want to do is hide
But I can’t stop myself from staring
Wishing his hands were mine
I can’t stop myself from caring
And as he turns down the lights
I’m feeling paralysed
And as he looks into her eyes
Yeah, alright

She's singing the song from the top of her lungs at halatang nagpaparinig sa akin. I just stared at her habang nagdadrama siya sa seat and the more I try to hold it in. The more I want to keep her with me just like this.

The song ended and the awkward silence creeps even more. She did not dare to speak and that left me a bit irritated. Kasi naman di ba? After all those scandalous thing she has done a few minutes ago para raw makausap ako ngayon hindi manlang siya umiimik.
