Chapter 17

(Kristen's POV)

I finish packing my bag for my dad's house.

I haven't seen him or Allie in four days.

I haven't talked to Avery since our fight.

"Kristen, are you ready to go? Allie's here." Alli says opening my door. I nod and put my backpack on.

"I'll see you in five days." I nod and run down the stairs. I pick up Noah and put him in his car seat.

I give Jason a hug and I kiss Jackson's head.

"Bye buddy." He waves and I mess with his hair.

"Bye sissy!" I smile and pick up the car seat.

I walk out to Allies car and put Noah in the back.

"Hi Kristen."

"Hi Allie." I smile and get in the front. She hugs me and we drive back to dad's house.

"What happened with you and Avery...?"

"We had a fight. It was about her boyfriend ruining our relationship..."

"Ruining your relationship? How?"

"Her boyfriend used to, and still does, make fun of Gavin. He wouldn't stop calling him Sontard, it was really rude."

"Some people are just jealous. He's one of them because he's jealous of Gavin." I nod and look out the window.

When we get to dad's house I get Noah out of his car seat and I put my back pack on. I go inside and take off my back pack.

"Kristen? Is that you?" My dad asks.

"Yea." I walk into the kitchen still holding Noah.

"Hi sweetie." I smile and hug him.

"Hi dad." He kisses my head. I set Noah down in a high chair and I sit next to him.

"Where are the twins?"

"At a friends house." I nod and stand up.

"I'm going upstairs." I say, walking out of the kitchen.

"Kristen wait."

"What?" I turn back around.

"What happened between you and Avery?" I sigh and take a seat.

"I don't wanna talk about it..."

"Kristen, you've been friends for seven years you can't just stop!"

"Yes I can because we already did!!"

Next thing that happened I didn't expect.

My cheek starts to sting a lot.

"D-did you just smack me...?" I quickly stand up and put my hand on my cheek.

"Kristen, I'm sorry..." He starts coming closer but I back away.

"J-just get away." I turn around only to run into Allie.

"What happened in here?" She hugs me and looks at my dad.

"Just get him away from me." I push away from her and I go upstairs.

(Allie's POV)

"Charles what did you do?!" He sits down and puts his head in his hands.

"Charles answer me!"

"I smacked her ok?!" He looks up at me and yells.

"Go talk to her!" I yell pointing to the stairs.
