Adeline:

I can't believe it's finally my big day! I'm so excited! It's the one day Aria can't ruin. But as soon as she hears who Wes is doing behind her back it'll ruin HER day. There goes the good impression he made on her. I stand, admiring my dress in the mirror. God, I looked amazing. The dress was only $2,000, it was extravagant, all lace with an extremely lowcut plunge top, with a train that fell a few feet behind me. Travis was already in his suit, his best man let me know his every move today. He will soon come to love me, everyone will love me, especially in this dress. Today, I'm going to be the center of attention. I smile.

"You look gorgeous," Amanda says adjusting my veil.

"I know," I scoff. Did she really think I needed her to tell me that? God, she's so annoying.

"Just go and make sure everything's ready," I roll my eyes. Today has to be perfect not a single thing must be out of place.

"Yes Ade," she squeals, taking another look at me. I grit my teeth.

"Don't call me that," I snap.

"Sorry, Adeline..."

"Good, now run along." Amanda leaves and I continue to adjust my dress. Today I was going to be the belle of the ball. Today is going to be the best day of my life.

Aria:

"Wes, come onnnn, it doesn't take you that long to put on a tux," I whine.

"Shut up you're the one that took forever doing your hair and makeup," he laughs through the bathroom door.

"I only took an hour," I laugh fixing the belt on my dress.

"Yeah and that's longer than I've been in the bathroom," he says opening the door. He looked handsome. Like some model, you'd see in a magazine. He catches me staring and smiles.

"You look beautiful, Baby," he says kissing my cheek.

"You too," I cringe, I just called him beautiful...

"You're adorable, especially when you're embarrassed." I blush deeply.

"Shut up Wes," I look away.

"Let's go show everyone how amazing you are." We leave the hotel and drive about 30 minutes before finally arriving. I saw so many familiar faces before even getting out of the car. Then I saw Travis's parents. I tense up and look at Wes.

"I'm not ready for this," I shake slightly.

"Hey Baby, it's okay," he caresses my cheek before kissing my temple. I relax, just being with him made me feel so much better. I breathe deeply and fix my posture.

"We got this," I smile at him, he gets out opening my door for me. I get out and take his arm. A few eyes turn to us, then a few gasps start echoing through the crowd.

"Isn't that Aria Sinclair?" I hear a few people whisper. Wes looks over at me smiling. I see Travis and maintain my calmness. I didn't care about what Travis had done to me. I made a better life for myself despite what everyone thought.

"Aria, Wes," Sophia says joining us at my side.

"Hey Sophia, Hello Jack," I say smiling at them both. Today was going to be the day I faced my fears. Today the real secret of why I left was going to come out. They brought this upon themselves. Adeline deserves her Not So Big Day since she ruined mine. We take our seats as the ceremony starts. No one was talking about Adeline or Travis, conversations seemed to be more about Sophia and me today. And the gorgeous arm candy I had brought with me. I couldn't help but laugh. Wes seemed so embarrassed by so many people having their eyes on him. The piano started to play as Travis took his spot standing next to the priest. It was Father Olson, the same priest who was going to marry me. She always had to go to the extremes to be like me. But everyone hated me for being me. Funny, now that everyone in this shitty town has their eyes on me envying my new life. Adeline walks down the aisle spotting my black dress almost immediately. She glares at me and I give her a warm smile. That was something she could never have of mine, she never knew what I was thinking. I wasn't ever predictable. Wes held my hand, rubbing circles over the back of it with his thumb. I could tell he was nervous. I squeeze his hand and he turns to me. I smile at him and mouth "I love you" his face lightens up and he kisses my cheek. I turn to Sophia and Jack who were both sitting next to us. A devious look swarmed Sophia's features. She was planning something but what? She turns, smirking at me and mouthing "He had it coming." I try my best to keep my composure.

" Do you Travis Perrault take this woman Adeline Matthews to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself solely unto her for as long as you both shall live?" Travis turns towards me, a look of regret swirling in his eyes. I see Wes smirk out of the corner of my eye. I gently lay my head on his shoulder.

"I do."

" Do you Adeline Matthews take this man Travis Perrault to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and health, to love, honor and obey, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself solely unto him for as long as you both shall live?"

"I do."

" If there be anyone present who may show just and lawful cause why this couple may not be legally wed, let him speak now or forever hold his peace." Travis looks again at me with a pleading look. I look away after all he did this to himself. He's stuck with the consequences.

"By the power invested in me by the Holy Church, I now pronounce you husband and wife."

Adeline grabs Travis, kissing him deeply. Sophia and I turn to each other and laugh. Once they make their way down the aisle together Wes turns to us.

"What are you two little Devils laughing about."

"Nothing," We say simultaneously. Jack and Wes laugh as we all get, following the new bride and groom.

"What a happy day," I laugh to myself. Today was truly the day I took my first step in completely moving on. I was done with them. For good.
