Zach's Pov

I was looking at the guitars.

Out of nowhere, I hear the sound of a keyboard.

I follow the sound.

Keel is turned around with her back facing me playing something.

I didn't even know she played.

Not only does she play, but she's pretty good.

She seems to be really into it too.

She's got her back towards me.

Perfect opportunity.

I open my camera and start recording.

I put a bit of it on my snap story.

But of course, not the one that everyone sees.

This one is just for family, friends and the guys.

Once the song ends I slip my phone into my pocket before she can turn around.

"Wow," I say

She turns around.

"Oh. You heard?"

"You play?"

"Not really."

I raise a brow.

"Well from the sound of that it says differently."

"That's actually the first time I've played anything in a while."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"When did you start playing?"

"Like 4th grade."

"Wow. I can't believe I didn't know."

"Mom and dad wanted me to get started in something so I took up piano. I never really did the recitals or talent shows or anything. Wasn't my scene."

"But you're so good at it."

"You're just saying that."

"No, I'm not."

"Yeah, you are. You're biased."

One of the employees walks by.

"You're actually good. He's not just saying that."

"See!"

She shakes her head.

"Clearly you're going to refuse to believe me... so what's next?"

"I don't know, you're the one that has come up with everything today."

"Do you wanna hit a couple more shops and head back?"

"Sure."

And that's what we do.

The last shop we hit is a jewelry shop.

It's not like I'm gonna propose now.

We're only 17.

I stumble across an area with his and hers matching things.

I motion her over.

"So I know you don't really like wearing things like this but could we maybe get something together?"

"What did you have in mind?"

I look at the bracelets.

There are these lifesaver ones.
