I sat in the living room stuffing my face with pancakes thinking about how Jack didn't even bother to come home last night. I couldn't even forget that he asked for a divorce over text. I haven't told his friends, our family or kelsey. She was on her own time trying to figure herself out and trying to find Stassie. Derek was constantly texting me making sure I was ok after I told him. He was really good at cheering me up but it wasn't enough.

Nate came downstairs after all we were staying with him.

"morning sunshine" he smiled

"morning" I say back

"jack came back" he asked and I shook my head no

"all I'm gonna say is do whats right" he said and Jack walks in. He doesn't even look at me.

"jack?" I call

"what" he rolls his eyes

"where were you?" I asked with my cracked voice

"with Johnson"

"Johnson was here with Skate and Sammy all night" I say aggravated that he's lying

"well maybe I changed my mind on going out with you!" he yelled causing Sammy and Johnson came downstairs

"why?","just tell me you cheated, save me the trouble"

"fine I did and I'm not sorry about it!" he yelled louder causing me to flinch

"G calm down" Johnson says

"do me a favor and divorce me...get out my life!"

"you don't mean that!" Skate worries

"I do I want a family and she can't give me that she's like a cow with cork up its ass!" he screamed

I didn't stand there another second. I went upstairs, changed and I was out the door.

I called Derek to meet me at the courthouse. If Jack wanted a divorce he'll get it. It was just a few hours later Derek and I were back at the house. Jack was in the kitchen with the boys planning skates music video when I slammed the papers in front of Jack.

"you can't be serious Sam?" Skate asked

"Jack should know by now that I ain't got know time to hold down no body" I say cheery

Jack looked at me in shock but signs the paper. I take the papers and went upstairs. In a few minutes I came back down with my stuff.

"btw having a house party Jack your invited if you wanna come...enjoy life boys I'm gonna get me a car" 

Derek's POV

I helped Samantha move to her new house and it was huge. I couldn't believe she was going to surprise Jack with this. Seeing it shows he fucked. Seeing Samantha's badass side turned me on like fuck. I was right she's way out of Gilinsky's lead.

"lets get you that car" I say

Jack's POV

I finally processed what happen and when I did...all my friends were mad at me and I guess its time to tell my family which isn't going to end well. I know I was harsh but a part of me doesn't care because I wanted a family and not an adopted kid to say your parents abandoned you and we're not your real parents. I wanted to put my load in her and in 9 months she'd push out a kid. I think I finally let out the anger and sadness that I've been holding back since lil Giovanni died. I had to pretend I was ok just for her..I was dumb as fuck...I guess I'm back to being a free man.Nate came back downstairs with the boys with their angry faces..funny

"I want you out my house after Sammy's house party"

"why ould I wanna go that"

"cuz we want you to see how great she's doing without you" Johnson laughs

"be ready at 5" Sam said
