"Woahhh..." My best friend and I stared at the laboratory in awe.

It was a whole cluster of high tech architecture.

Here I am, a young, small, inexperienced student that has recently graduated a year early from university. Jisung and I were offered to come and work here, at an AI robot company.

The place was bursting with clusters of people and androids, mechanical claws clutching series of robotic parts as they traveled around the ceiling above us.

Noises of different machinery emitted from the background, my eyes turning to the giant plasma screens as they flashed with large proportions of text. Chambers appeared at the back walls, lining along beside each other, as I assumed that is the place where they tested out new androids.

I looked around, trying my best to soak in the new environment.

"Welcome." The young senior who was guiding us now started speaking. "This will be your first day of work, so take your time to explore." He gave us a warm smile, before signalling the okay for us to go look at the place by ourselves.

It was then as me and the other new recruits scattered, eyes darting around the place as we examine our surroundings.

I looked around, scanning the lab like my life depended on it. I gulp, the wave of unfamiliarity hitting me like a brick.

Pull yourself together Hwamin, this is where you'll be working from now on.

Snapping out of my thoughts, I let my feet guide me, curiousity on my heels as I continued to look through the area.

There wasn't really much, just the standard things I've seen at every laboratory.

When suddenly something peculiar crossed my eye, gaining my attention.

A chamber.

They were usually used to assemble robot corpses, before being taken away to be programmed, or to be lined at the back with the others for experiments.

But this one...

My eyes were fixed on you, the unconscious boy trapped inside. Various wires of metal were binded around your arms and legs, as if it was trying to seize you from moving.

You didn't look like a empty corpse all at.

"Hey... Chan?" I call out to my senior co-worker. "Who's this?"

"Oh?" He walks over, trailing my gaze as he catches on to what I'm looking at.

"Ahh, robot 107. You see, the people here don't know much about him, but I'll tell you what I can." He clears his throat, before continuing. "Last month, he was sent here as an ex-terrorist project. We don't know what plan or scheme the group was planning, but it was probably something pretty severe."

He looks down at the boy in the chamber. "He's been frozen for quite a while now, I'm not really sure what they're gonna do with him."

He rubs the back of his neck, as he turns to face me with a guilty look on his face. "And Unfortunately, that's pretty much all I know, sorry."

"And that's the tea, sis." A voice pops up from behind us, startling me as I let out of soft squeak of surprise.

"Felix," Chan sighs. "you'll have to stop doing that."

They continue on rambling, as I turned my focus back towards the chamber.

"Poor boy." I breath out, my hands tracing over to where your face was above the glass, wanting to drift my hand through your ash brown hair.

When suddenly your eyes shift open, revealing your electric blue irises.

Our gazes met, your icy cold eyes staring into me, as they held absolutely no emotion.

And that was the day of my first encounter with you, as fate had played with us like the strings on a harp; entangling us through a web, leading us to what I can only call an upwards spiral of emotions.

Because on that day, I met you.

"Bot 107,"
