Third Person's POV
Luna and Jackson decided to walk there since it was only a few blocks away. When they got there, Luna felt so excited to finally taste the amazing food. Her stomach grumbled and she blushed at the sound of it. Jackson chuckled and dragged her hand to start their mini adventure.
It was lively and street lights were shining. People were enjoying their foods and drinks while walking around. The smell of different kinds of fried food filled the air and Luna just loved it.
They walked around and Luna would drag Jackson if she sees something she liked. Jackson would pull her somewhere to let her try the best in his book. They took turns in paying for each other's food just to be fair since Luna didn't like it when others pay for her.
Luna and Jackson had fun talking to each other, getting to know each other more. They would talk in different languages though, some people who were close to them would stare at them like they were crazy. They would buy drinks and food while doing so. At some point, they would hold hands from dragging one another but the two were too distracted at each other's stories to notice.
"Really? You did that?" Jackson laughed out loud, he couldn't believe what the girl had just said.
"Yes, I did. He was being annoying, I got pissed!" Luna exclaimed, amused at the older boy laughing his butt off.
"Oh gosh, I hope he can still make babies then." Jackson said, pausing a bit then laughing louder at what he said. He clutched his stomach, people were stating at him, some amused while some annoyed at the fact that his laugh could reach miles and miles.
"Hey! I didn't kick him that hard. I think. Maybe. I don't know." Luna said, smiling sheepishly before laughing too.
They continued on walking further into the street, buying more and eating more. By now, their stomachs were satisfied.
"Ah, I gotta go and pee." Jackson blurted out all of a sudden, stopping by a bench.
"Oh, I'll wait for you then. You go and find a restroom somewhere." Luna replied, sitting down on the bench.
"Okay, thank you. Sorry about this, I'll be back quick." Jackson ran off somewhere to find the nearest restroom.
Luna watched the people passed by her while she took sips from her lemonade. She enjoyed the laughs of the people who enjoyed their time with their love ones and friends. A few minutes had passed by and Jackson had not yet return.
"Hey babe, why's a pretty girl like you alone in a place like this?" An unfamiliar voice said and Luna didn't bother to look at who the voice belongs too. She sighed, she didn't like dealing this kind of stuff.
"That's none of your concern so walk away now before you regret it." Luna replied with cold eyes, the sweet and kind girl was no where to be seen.
"Ouch, harsh words you got there lady." A second voice said, this time Luna turned to look at them.
Two guys who were wearing white shirts and leather jackets. They looked okay, but Luna knew better than to get involved with guys like them. She hates it when guys flirted with her with the most ridiculous remarks. She had so many guys hit on her since high school and she was never okay with it. So she learned to coldly respond whenever some guy walks up to her and hit on her.
"Walk away boys, you don't want your junior down there to stop working now, do you?" Luna smiled sweetly at them. She knew how to deal with people like them, even though she hated it, but deep down she was amused because in the end she walks away leaving them with their jaw hanging and a bit of their ego destroyed.
"Damn girl, you look hot even if you threaten us like that. Now, what would you do to us?" The first guy licked his lips with his tongue. They both walked towards Luna, trying to get close to her.
A few feet away, Jackson saw what was happening and felt irritated. He didn't push it down but instead glared at the guys who were making their way towards Luna.
When Luna was about to stand up, Jackson blocked the two boys from advancing more. He looked at them with the coldest stare ever, the cheerful and hyper boy was gone too.
"You heard her," he started, "get lost." He glared at the both of them. His looks could kill and you should never piss someone, who is always smiling, off.
"S-sorry, we didn't know she had a boyfriend man." The second guy said, his eyes widened and he pulled his friend to ran away.
Luna was amused at what happened but blushed a bit when she had processed what he had said. Boyfriend? She wished. But it was impossible, wasn't it?
"Are you okay? I'm sorry I'm late. The line was so long, I was ready to find a tree or something." Jackson quickly said, looking at Luna with concern and a bit of guilt.
"It's okay, I'm fine. I've dealt with guys like them before, but thank you for helping me." Luna smiled softly at him, she was glad to see him.
"No problem." Jackson grinned at her, he was glad she was alright. He also didn't question the fact that she had dealt with this kind of situation before, he knew a beautiful girl like her was a target to a lot of guys out there. He was glad she was safe and he got there before anything else.
"Well, shall we head back?" Luna asked, standing up. She was full and satisfied with the food she ate for the past few hours. Her feet were starting to hurt so she wanted to get back to the hotel.
"Sure." Jackson smiled.
"Ah, but where are you staying? I could take you there first." Jackson suggested, he wasn't letting this lovely girl to go back alone. No, not after what happened.
"Oh, I'm staying at the hotel Park Lane. But are you sure? It's late already." Luna replied, worried that she's probably a nuisance.
"Really? I'm also staying at Park Lane! What a coincidence, we can go back together then." Jackson was extremely happy at the fact she was staying at the same hotel. Can he see her more often then? Right before they leave?
"Oh! Yeah, it is a coincidence. But sure, let's go back together." Luna smiled, deep down she was happy.
"Let's go then." Jackson said, grabbing her hand before making their way to the end of the street to call a cab.
Luna blushed slightly but shook her head a bit, she didn't want to catch feelings because she knew for a fact that Jackson would never like her like that. Would he?
