Cameron's POV.
I knock on Jeremiah's door. "Go away, Cameron."
"Come on, Jere, let me in," I say through the door.
"Why should I?" he asks.
"Because we need to talk," I tell him.
"What's there to talk about?"
"Obviously something if you're shutting me out like this," I say through the door. Then, the door opens and his lights go on and he walks to his couch.
"Okay, talk," he says crossing his legs.
"We can't let a girl get between us like this, Jeremiah," I tell him.
"Do you like her?" he asks me ever so bluntly.
"Jere, I never said..."
"Do you?" he says, cutting me off.
I sigh loudly, "Kinda. I mean, what's not to like? She's beautiful and smart and... Sorry."
"No, I understand," he tells me, standing up.
"So, what does this mean?" I ask him.
"This means, I really like Jazzy...," he says.
"Uhm, I do too?" I say.
"Yeah, well, she likes me too," he tells me.
"I'm pretty sure that she likes me too, since she kissed my cheek and cried on me," I say.
"Well, she's cried on me too, and actually kissed me many times," he says, "wait, she kissed you on the cheek?" he says as if it just hit him.
"Don't get mad at her, you guys aren't even dating," I say and he shakes his head.
"She's emotionally unstable, Cameron. Her boyfriend cheated on her and her parents died," he tells me.
"Whatever," I mutter and turn around to walk away.
"May the best brother win," he says with a smirk and I walk off to go to bed.
