CAN'T WE BE FOR REAL? [MICHAENG]

THE NIGHT-II

Sana: "What happened??"
Sana asks with her serious concerned tone

Jihyo: "Didn't you see what happened?"
Jihyo replies with her nervous voice, worrying, how will she save these girls now? They have carelessly exposed themselves after all that months of hiding. And God knows, how will the other members react to their relationship. She tries to think of some excuse,

But then fortunately her fear and nervousness fades away when she hears,

Nayeon: "Well we didn't see, that's the reason we are asking idiot."

Momo: "Yeah we were all busy in our own dancing world so..."

Jihyo smiles internally and lets out a heavy sigh of relief. Feeling grateful as the two were luckily saved, she comes up with a quick lie,
"Well it's nothing serious. Mina was just about to vomit, so she ran away."

Sana: "That's it? I thought they were fighting."

Jihyo laughing awkwardly,
"Oh.. no no. Why would they?"

Believing Jihyo's lies without any further questions and the girls continue their party. While Jihyo looks at Chaeyoung with her furrowed brows and signals her to follow Mina.

As Chaeyoung leaves to find Mina, and the others still continuing their party, dancing and singing loudly, Jihyo on the other side, keeps repeating the scene she saw few minutes ago. It was her first time to witness two girls kissing each other, right Infront of her. And the two girls happened to be her own friend. Acting as if she just saw a historical moment, she gets filled up with excitement and being all hypered up, she starts shouting,

"What a great night girls!! Happy new year... my darlings."

The girls looks at her with their judgemental eyes for a second, but then plays along with her replying back,
"Happy new year to you too Thomas."
And then pulls her to the dance floor. Jihyo happily joins along with them dancing at a crazy rhythm.

Meanwhile

Mina was about to close her door when she feels someone pushing back. And in a second, suddenly Chaeyoung enters, and then locks the door back before Mina could say anything. Mina just stands there looking a bit startled.

And before she could get back to her senses, Chaeyoung pulls her and pushes her towards the wall. Filled with frustration and anger, she looks directly into her eyes and questions,
"What's going on Mina? Why are you behaving like this."

Mina: "I..I'm sorry okay. It was all juzz a mistake."

Chayeoung chuckles hearing the word mistake,
"Really? A mistake? Is everything that you do a mistake? Kissing me was mistake, falling in love with me was a mistake, all that moments you spent with me, was that all a mistake too?"

"I said I'm sarry. It's because (she burps right Infront of Chaeng's face) I'm drunnk."

"Aishh Jinjja.. until when are you going to do this Mina? Until when are you going to play with my life and my heart? Neither do you let me in your life nor do you allow me to forget you. Until when Mina? I am tired. I am so...."

Chaeyoung's voice cracks as she chokes in her own tears. Unable to speak anymore, she just pushes Mina with frustration back to the wall, and walks over beside Mina's bed, leaving the other dumbfounded standing still in the corner. Sitting down beside her bed,wiping her tears, she lets out a heavy sigh of frustration. Somehow trying to continue her sentence, all she could ends up saying was,
" I am really tired of all this Mina. I can't take it anymore."
