Rivershine's blue eyes widened in shock. "It was you!" She spat. "Yes Rivershine, it was me. Did you notice how the golden leaf was still there when I died?" Snarled Wind. "I even lied to both my daughters, my wife and my friends." Raindrop's eyes were filled with hurt. "But-" She began. Shadestripe launched himself towards Wind. "You won't kill me that easy!" Spat Wind. Flowerpaw and Dandilionpaw shuddered and pressed against each other for warmth. Mapledawn had all the kits cuddled up to her. "You won't win, Wind." She mewed. "I will win, I will force Raindrop to kill me." Smirked Wind. Raindrop's tail drooped. "I can't kill my own father." She mewed. Wind looked happy. "Pathetic!" He mewed. Feather's pale shape had outlined across the sky. "I'll help her." Mewed Feather. Wind purred roughly. "What about the helpless kits?" He purred. Rocky hissed and pulled Fire and Spark close to him. "Take the kits out of it!" Rocky snapped at Wind. "Kits are defenceless."
