I wake up with Chris and we get ready to pick the kids up. Today is Thursday and tomorrow I send them with their dad for the first time after the hospital visit. I call Jay just to double check on him.

The MTV awards are in 3 days and I'm nervous as hell. I haven't preformed on tv for a long time. And this is the first time Beyonce and I will be out on tv as a couple. Rn I'm in rehearsals and I am not going to stop. I want to surprise Beyonce. I never told her I'm performing and I told MTV to put me as this big singer for a performance at the end of the night. Beyonce is performing and we both won't see eachother untill the day. She said she's gonna perform but won't let me watch her in rehearsals and y'all know Beyonce never sleeps. I'm about to do the part where I do a backflip and I land and crush my ankle. I pretend it didn't hurt

this can't be happening right now! It's really hurting. And I usually don't feel pain or complain but I feel like I snapped it in half. I pull my sweatpants leg and see it red purple and swollen. It's throbbing. It feels detached. I call my assistant and asked her to get me one of those ankle tight sick things. She brings them to me and I put it on my right ankle. I try standing but I fall down. The dancers all crowd me

We stayed in different hotel rooms cause we wanna surprise eachother. I sneak in my room and put my legs up. I turn on the tv. I eat a bag of Chex mix and have a few bottles of beer. I hear someone knock on the door. I moan and get up and limp to the door. Aye it's my bro!
