Crystal's POV

I can't believe that we are now preparing a welcoming's party for Spark! The Pokémon were really nice to him and I am grateful for that. At the moment Spark was sent off to hang out somewhere with Sylvia until we are done with the preparations for the party. We decided to throw the party at a spot that Spark had not seen yet in forest Grotto. This spot was a field filled with flowers and grass. In the middle of the field was a small pond and the field was surrounded by trees. Pokémon were preparing some gifts for Spark and a lot of balloons were tied to the ground and trees, floating just a little bit above the ground. There were two wooden poles struck into the ground with a cloth hanging between them and the cloth read "WELCOME TO FOREST GROTTO SPARK!" When the gifts were finally done I went to get Spark and Sylvia alongside with.... Dolly. I had to talk to her for a little while we searched for Spark and Sylvia. "So tell me Dolly. It's clear to me that you and Sylvia already know I like Spark so can I ask you what you exactly meant with "cute" just a second ago?" I tried to keep my cool but it was hard. I saw that Dolly stayed completely calm which was a good sign. "Crystal I already told you that I didn't mean anything by it in that way." "Then why did you say it?" "I said it because he is cute but that doesn't mean that I like him. I think you find him cute too, don't you Crystal?" Dolly had a huge smirk on her face and looked at me with it. My face immediately turned red and I looked away but I was happy that Dolly didn't mean anything by it, otherwise she would not be acting like this so I decided it was nothing to worry about. "Do you think Spark will take it that way?" I started to worry again after the question that Dolly just asked me. "I... I don't think so no." "How are you so sure?" "Because I think Spark doesn't really understand the difference between just a friend and being more than just a friend. He also hasn't been acting in a different way to you at all so yeah I think he won't take it that way." "...... Good point." Dolly replied. After some more walking we finally spotted the 2 and they were sitting on a bench just casually talking to each other. To my surprise Sylvia didn't seem scared of him in the slightest and it looked like they were enjoying each other's company. We approached them and told them to come with us. Spark seemed really happy and excited about the whole thing. "So what were you 2 talking about?" I asked. "We were just talking about each other's past for a bit. Sylvia told me about her time of being an Eevee and that she grew up in a place called the berry forest and that it's known for having a lot of berries. I also told her about my past but apparently she already knew about.... some things..... that's also the reason that I want to ask all three of you something." "We're listening." I said. "Would you guys mind to not tell everyone about my past? I'd rather do it myself if needed." "Sure Spark, no problem. Sorry about telling Dolly and Sylvia. Believe me when I say that I needed to tell them when I did." "It's okay Crystal. They can know but I'd rather not tell the whole town okay?" We all 3 simultaneously said "Okay." "Crystal, I only have 1 more question for you if that's okay." "Sure, go ahead." "Your face has become red around me a lot of times. I'm beginning to doubt that you're not really okay. Are you allergic to something? orrrr what?" Sylvia and Dolly both seemed shocked and surprised at his question. And guess what.... my face turned red.... "Y-Yeah Spark I promise that I'm okay d-don't worry about it." "If you're fine than please tell me why your face is turning red all the time around me." I went silent for a long time with my face burning up. "S-Spark i-it m-mea-" I didn't finish, knowing it would not end well. I panicked, not knowing what to do so I did something stupid. I started running away but I immediately noticed that Spark was running after me and he was catching up to me. "Crystal stop!" I didn't reply and I just kept on running with my eyes closed and looking down until I was stopped by a paw grabbing my tail. I got pulled back and I stumbled to the ground but it didn't hurt that much. "Are you okay Crystal?" I heard Spark's voice but I didn't reply and I just looked away. "Look, if you don't want to tell me that's fine just don't run away. Some things are private, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to." I looked at him and apparently he was smiling at me with his eyes closed. He opened his eyes and looked straight into my eyes with his. We both didn't say anything and I was lying down on the ground looking up into his beautiful light blue eyes. He suddenly broke our stare and hold out his paw to me. "Can you get up?" I grabbed his paw and got up with a lot of difficulty. "Seriously Crystal? After the party I'm bringing you home and you're gonna rest until you get better. But for now I guess it can't be helped." He lied down again looking at me with a face that said 'Where are you waiting for?' I blushed again but didn't hesitate getting up on his nice and comfy back. It was really hard not to fall asleep in his fur, it was just too comfortable. I mean i-it r-really feels s-s-so n-nice and and w-warm a-a-an..... I fell asleep on his back again like if it was inevitable. The last thing I heard was Spark mumbling something. "I can't believe she fell asleep again..... it is kinda cute though." I couldn't believe what I heard but his fur was just too comfy so I-I........zzzzzz
