Kennedy was already 14 years old and in high school.
Kennedy and Giorgio attended the same high school but they never saw each other.
September passed by.
It was the beginning of October when Kennedy had a huge social studies test. She was thinking of her answers, that she messed up some questions. She choosed the wrong answer over the correct one. When she was walking down the hallway, people were coming from the right side so she moved to the right side. She was biting the corner of her lip when she saw someone. That someone was Giorgio he was with another guy. Both of then looked at each other fast however, Kennedy looked away fast first. As a result, she just kept walking to her class and didn't turn around to look at Giorgio.
When she saw her friends she told them about what happened. Also, she told her cousins violet and John.
