Why did you do it?

Y/n's POV

I was scrolling through Instagram when I saw a girl making out with.... Daniel.

"What?" I said quietly

I checked the comment section and it was certainly Daniel.

Tears were streaming down my face.

"Why would he do this!?" I shouted.

What did I do to deserve this, was I not good enough for him? Did he thought that I was using him for clout? Was my love not enough?

These questions started to spin around my head until I heard footsteps coming to my room.

The door swung open with a smiling Daniel but instantly faded when he saw me.

"Hey y/n what's wrong?" He said trying to come near me. But I pushed him away.

"Don't touch me!" I said moving back

"W-why, what did I do?" He asked concerned.

"What do you mean you don't know, you exactly know what you did Daniel!" I exclaimed while more tears started to stream down my face.

He was speechless.

"Why did you do it Daniel?"

I asked him but he didn't say anything.

"WHY DID YOU DO IT?" I screamed as slowly sat down in the floor.

"I-I don't know, I don't know why I did it. I'm so sorry y/n that kiss didn't mean anything." He said walking up to me.

But I quickly stood up and slapped him.

"Sorry is not gonna do anything Seavey! A sorry will never be good enough in this situation that we are in."

"S-so what do you want m-me to do?" As tears slowly slid down his face.

I hate seeing him like this but I have to be strong for me.

"I'm gonna pack my clothes and leave, and your gonna pack my other stuff and leave them tommorow outside." I said as my tears slowly stopped but it stills hurt.

"W-What your gonna leave me?" He asked filled with hurt

"I'm not gonna leave you I'm just gonna take a break." I said as my tears coming back.

I started packing my things while Daniel just watches me. As I got done I walked outside without even saying a goodbye.
