My training was about to begin.

And I couldn't be more excited.

The week I had to train flew by, and I quickly have to head to U.A to begin the entrance exam. I don't have to fight huge robots like they did in the beginning of the year, because technically, I'm in on recommendations, so all I have to do is pass the mental test and do a quick physical that I had already done the day before.

I walk up to the huge glass building, astonished by how grand it is.

I can't believe I could end up going here. I'm going to give this test my all, "Plus Ultra!" I yell unable to help myself, earning a few stares from the people on the street.

I shrug them off, making it inside with only a slightly red face before following an aid who I've never seen in the show takes me to an empty room to begin the test.

I sit at a desk and they hand the test to me.

This... isn't too bad actually.

A few of the questions are confusing, but most of it makes sense!

I breeze through the test, eventually handing it in to the aid who guided me here.

They take the paper and guide me out of the building.

On our way out, I glance at the different doors with large letters slapped on them; 3-E, 3-C, 3-A, 2-D, 2-B, 1-E, 1-C, 1-A. I pause outside this door, knowing that if I pass I'm going to be joining them.

I try to get a closer peek and end up making eye contact with someone.

(E/c) orbs meet brown and blue and I feel them eye me carefully.

I examine who I've been gawking at for the last 5 seconds, and I realize I'm having a staring contest with none other than Shouto Todoroki.

Excited, my eyes widen and I wave to him with a large smile on my face.

I think he looks away, but I can't quite tell because the aid tells me to keep moving.

I comply and leave 1-A behind, but I really hope I'll see him again soon!

A few days go by with me anxiously checking the mail every morning, searching for at least some indication that I made it... or that I didn't.

I took the test on Tuesday, with them letting me know the results should get to me 'sometime this week.'

The vagueness of that statement practically makes my blood boil, so in the days where they weren't telling me anything, I decided to continue training.

By now I can successfully form a large amount of metal into different shapes, such as daggers, spikes, large plates which could be used as shields, and a few other things.

After some testing with Aizawa, we realized I could control metal; reshaping it, moving it, the whole deal.

I branded myself a metal bender, and I can control all metal as long as it is within a certain range and it is made mostly of iron, gold, silver, copper, aluminum, etc. as well as alloys, such as brass and steel. I can't control rocks or dirt, but I'm still trying to expand my power to be the strongest I can.

I take a deep breath. For the past hour all I was doing was watching old hero clips (I'm turning into Midoriya, halp.) while constantly reshaping and moving around metal that originally was a dinner plate.

The doorbell rings and I throw the metal down and jump off my chair, leaping over the couch to get to the door.

I throw it open, out of breath, and grab the mail that had been dropped off.
