~Embarrassment and Exams~

I look over to see Izuku's calm freckled face asleep against my shoulder.

Midoriya's POV

I slowly regain consciousness feeling cold.

Feeling not completely awake nor thinking properly, I wrap my arms around the warmest thing near me since it's probably just a pillow.

I nuzzle my cheek onto the top of it and grip it a bit tighter, already feeling warmer.

A few moments later, I decide to open my eyes and look at what's happening.

I peek out from tired eyes to be met with soft (e/c) eyes.

My brain doesn't fully recognize this for a few moments before my green eyes shoot open and move away. "A-ah!"

She tilts her head curiously, as if asking whether I was okay.

The lag from my brain slowly disperses and I realize what happened. "O-oh! (Y-y/n)! I'm s-so sorry! I didn't m-mean to... umm... f-fall asleep... on y-you. Y-you could've just p-pushed me off if it m-made you uncomfortable." I stutter through my apology to her, being loud without consciously realizing it.

"I SHIP IT!!" yells a voice from farther away.

(Y/n)'s cute face turns pink, an adorable color on her might I add, and she turns towards it and yells back, "SHUT UP, MINA!"
She turns back to me and smiles warmly. "It's not a problem, Izu." I blush at the nickname. "Honestly, if you made me uncomfortable I would've pushed you off, but you didn't! So it's all good, my dude."

I nod shakily, feeling the ever-present pink on my cheeks.

She laughs, "Besides, you look cute when you're sleeping!!"

My freckled face turns thirty shades of red and I look away, trying to keep the mumbling I had in my mind to a minimum.

"Oh, sorry. If I'm ever too blunt you can let me know. Sometimes I have a hard time gauging people and can blurt things out." She says as if realizing what she just said.

"N-no it's fine. It's kind of admirable how blunt you are." I say whilst shaking my head.

"OI, LOSERS! SHUT THE HELL UP!! WE'RE TRYING TO WATCH 'LOCATING NEOM'!" An angry voice yells at us.

(Y/n) rolls her eyes. "FINE! BUT JUST SO YOU KNOW, HE GETS FOUND AT THE END!"

"DAMNIT!!!! FIGHT ME, YOU DAMN NERD!!! STOP SPOILING THINGS LIKE AN ASSHOLE!" he yells back and I assume it's Kacchan.

She giggles and I look towards the screen. The horror movie must have ended and someone probably picked this.

"Wow, Bakugou, I didn't know you were so into Bisney movies." Kaminari said in a different part of the room.

"SHUT UP, DUNCE FACE!"

I laugh lightly at their antics and rub my eyes to rid myself of the exhaustion.

The movie soon ends and everyone has dozed off. (Y/n) remains awake and she quietly gets up and begins walking towards the screen. As she walks, she takes blankets and pulls them over our sleeping classmates, moving with the most caution and care. She's so kind and obviously cares a lot for all of us. Even the moment she arrived she was kind and wanted to make friends with everyone.

I can't help but wonder why she cares so much for people she only known for a month...

(Y/n) makes it to the screen and turns off the projector; the room falls into darkness.
