I don't want to show a picture of me without my glasses because I like you guys and don't want to make the nightmares turn into night terrors.
There is a picture I want to show. It's a side by side comparison of me taken exactly one year apart and on the exact same day. In the first picture, I was having problems with a medication and it was causing me to gain weight severely and it was getting really bad for my health. When my doctor realized it wouldn't be too long before fat would start to grow around my heart, they said ok this is bad, I'm going to find something else, this is going to make you incredibly sick. Well it for ditched and a year later, the results were unbelievable. Just stopping that medication made a world of a difference. So here it is.....
