When did we start to lie?

I wonder when it all start to fall out.

Flashback

"Forth, aren't you coming  this weekend ? Lets spend the weekend together with Mom?" Beam queries

"I will have another concert rehearsal Beam , I think it would be best if I stay at home, its way easier, the venue is near from home." Forth

"omnn then Call me if your schedules changes okay.  I need to go back to the hospital now. Oh Lam  update me okay if Forth become too busy. Love you Forth." Beam as he pecks on Forth's lips and continue his way to the door.

"Love you too" Forth Beam

"sure  Beam." Lam as he tried to remain stoic.

It was after Lam hears the car ignition of Beam's car that  he made his comment.

"why did you lie to Beam? You are done with rehearsals." Lam

"Mom and Dad are expecting me at home for my cousin's wedding.  I cannot bring Beam" Forth Frowns.

"Are you not done hiding Beam Forth?   Its been five years Forth, I know it doesn't sound right coming from me because I am your manager and there's a big possibility that your career will have to face a major  problem but... Beam is my friend too. And he deserve to be introduced to the world not as your bestfriend but as your boyfriend." Lam hisses.

"I know Lam.  I know!" Forth as he rakes his hair in frustrations.

"But you know  I have some really crazy fans, you remember how they reacted when they knew of Beam at first, if we haven't release a statement that he is just my bestfriend he would. continue to receive death threats and bashes. " Forth

" Forth that is not enough reason! Tell me what are you hiding from me? Tell me if you want me to back you up!" Lam

" Dad..." Forth just lowers his head.

"What about Uncle?" Lam

" He is mistreating Beam."  Forth

"what?! I thought he was Okay with Beam." Lam

"I thought so, not until I hear him say hard words to Beam the last time I brought him home. He is just pretending. I actually had this guts for a while  and I am a fool to finally realized it just now." Forth

"And you stayed silent?! You pretend you didn't see or hear anything?! Your a fucking coward Forth!!!" Lam hisses.

"I cannot, you knew Lam that Dad's heart is weak. The Doctor personally told me, he needs to be in better health before we can schedule an operation for him. He cannot be stress." Forth

"Then what about Beam?" Lam

" Help me Lam, I cannot miss the wedding, Dad is planning to introduce to me a girl.His friends daughter, it's too late to say no. My cousin requested me to sing at his wedding." Forth
