Even I am unsure why it is called that. Translation notes in the manga suggested that it could mean Last Danshi Koukousei like the end of high school (referring to when their love bloomed) or Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen like the usual apartment floor plan (indicating the shared space they have).
Anyways, I was only into this because there is a live action starring Kento Yamazaki. Overall, this is just like one of those "cold-hearted guy's heart got warmed by average girl" plot. Also had borderline premarital ecchi scenes.
