60 - Little Ha-neul #2

Ha-neul was a dream come true, not only for Gideon but Toru as well. Neither thought they would ever have the chance at being parents and here they were. While in Korea, Gideon had contacted her dad to fill him in on the news of Ha-neul, the other news she wanted to wait on. He was ecstatic and couldn't wait to meet the little one, but was sad at the circumstances of it all. Jun quickly told the rest of the family and they too couldn't wait to meet him. Gideon and Toru decided to hold off on telling anyone that Ha-neul or 'Hani' as they were already calling him, was a Prime.

Leaving the hospital, Hani was very clingy, especially with Gideon. She knew it was all because of the loss of his parents and that he just needed time. For now, she was going to enjoy every minute of having the sweet little pup curled up against her. If he was frightened, he would make grabby hands for Toru. The Alpha holding his new little pup close and growling softly to ease his fears. They had to remain in Seoul for an extra day to complete all the needed paperwork. During that time, the little one hardly woke.

Paperwork finished, things were now official. Gideon and Toru were parents, not how they wanted to be but nonetheless. They went directly back to the hotel as she didn't want to keep him out around others just yet. Walking through the hotel lobby, Toru was extremely protective, even to the point of preventing others from getting on the elevator with them. Once in the room the both went directly to the bedroom, putting the little pup to rest in the middle of the bed. One sat with him while the other showered.

As Gideon came out of the bathroom, her Alpha was sitting on the edge of the bed waiting for her. A first for them as she was the one usually waiting for him. She walked up to him and the two embraced. Toru nuzzling her stomach.

"Ohhh babe. You don't know how happy I am right now. Two Pups in one day. I hate that people had to die in order for us to have our first Pup, but I'm grateful that we have him, and her." He gave her stomach a tender kiss as she weaved her fingers into his damp hair.

"I know dear, me too. That is the one thing I would change with all of this. That no one had to die."

The Mates just held each other, letting everything sink in. Toru hugging onto her waist as he rested his head on her stomach. He looked up at her, eyes full of love and emotions.

"Thank you Gideon, for everything."

"Thank you Toru, for healing me."

The two called it night and crawled in bed, one on each side of the little one. Two hours later, Hani woke from a nightmare. Sitting up between the two he looked around the dark room. He gently began to shake  Gideon.

"Gigi? Gigi?"

Gideon was up and alert within seconds. Sitting up she could see he was emotional and on the verge of tears. Toru was awake now also, a comforting hand on the Pup's back. In the softest voice ever, he finally spoke.

"Mommy daddy gone forever?"

"Yes dear, I'm so sorry." She opened her arms and he climbed into her lap, Toru never taking his hand off of him.

"You my momma now?"

"Yes, and Toru is now your papa." Hani looked down at Toru then back at Gideon.

"I stay with you now?"

"Yes."

"Mommy daddy really not come back?"

"No my dearest, but they will always be in your heart."

For what was his first time since the accident, Ha-neul cried. Gideon held him close as his little body shook with sobs, she could have released her scent to settle him down but she didn't want to. She allowed him to feel what was in his little heart and it just happened to be overwhelming sadness and pain. Toru held both of them, as they comforted him.
