Percy was getting even more tired by the day, even trying to heal Hecate. I saw Percy sigh and flash up to Olympus. I followed him. Not that I'm a stalker or anything, I'm just worried about my boyfr--husband. I saw him crouch next to Hecate and do a chant I've never seen before. Suddenly, there was a huge flash of light. I saw a sea-green absorb Percy. The gods all flashed in, looking in shock and terror at Percy. Percy was now a ball of sea-green light. In a flash, he was in Hecate's body.

I flashed back to the camp to see if the barrier was still on. It was still on.

"APOLLO!" I heard a shout.

I rushed over.

"Percy. Where's Percy?"

"I um--"

"TELL ME!" Thalia was fuming at this point.

"He is in--"

"--Hecate's body trying to heal her," I finished.

Thalia screamed and pushed Apollo against the wall.

"YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO HEAL HER! YOU ARE THE HEALING GOD! YOU SHOULD--"

"Hey, Hecate's awake," I heard Hermes say.

We all flashed to the infirmary. We saw Hecate, awake, but in pain. I looked and saw that one of her eyes was sea-green with flecks. Percy's eye. Apollo knelt next to her.

"I've never seen this."

Hecate cried out again, but this time, it sounded like Percy. Then, it was a desperate plea from Hecate.

"Percy... please..." she was gasping.

"WHAT IS HE DOING?!" Thalia screamed.

"Don't... don't do it... I'm not worth it!" she was shrieking on the cot.

"Hecate?"

"No, I have to. I'll do it for you, Hecate," came a masculine voice.

Suddenly, Hecate's body burst into sea-green light and the sea-green eye turned golden again. She jerked up and gasped. She held up her hands and the mortals were all protected by the mist again. We all looked around. Where was Percy? We all flashed to the camp. We waited for two weeks.

"After two weeks, we can only assume he faded when he saved Hecate. We--" Chiron was cut off by a gasp from Clarisse.

We all looked up and there was a flaming thing hurtling toward the earth. It was headed for the beach.

"Get to the beach!" I yelled.

We all ran there and looked as the thing kept falling. Athena pulled out her binoculars.

"Percy..." she breathed.

I snatched the binoculars and pressed my eyes against the glass. Sure enough, it was Percy. On fire. He crashed into the sea. Man, that must've hurt. After a while, Poseidon just jumped into the sea and pulled him out. He was coughing out smoke. I knelt beside him.

"Perseus Jackson, explain," I demanded.

He flashed me a smile and tried to talk. Coughing only came out.

"Perseus..." I said cautiously.

"How many times to I have to tell everyone? It's Percy!" he finally croaked out.

We all laughed.

"Explain," I demanded again.

"So, in Hecate's mind, there is a volcano. In the air, 1,000,000 feet in the air is the virus she caught. In order to kill it, someone needed to explode the volcano 1,000,000 feet in the air. I did. I blew it up, killed the virus, she woke up, but I was falling in the real world, 1,000,000 feet in the sky."

I gasped and slapped him.

"YOU IDIOT!" I snapped.

"I'm your idiot though, right?" he gave me those irresistible baby seal eyes.

"Yes, you're my idiotic husband, Seaweed Brain," I rolled my eyes.

"I love you, Wise Girl," he whispered.

"I love you, too, Seaweed Brain," I whispered back, kissing him.

Though it tasted like smoke, it reminded me of smoked salmon.

Seriously? Percy's voice spoke in my mind, You know that I feel bad eating Freddy.

I laughed and slapped him again.

"I love you."

"I love you, too."
