Chapter 56: Coming of Age Surprise!

Taylor's POV-

Why do I have the worst luck in the world?

I had stopped for one moment to take a photo, since we passed by a beautiful looking building, and next thing I know Jin has disappeared! I called out for him but didn't get an answer, so I spent the next ten or so minutes just walking around and trying to find him.

Soon I hear my phone go off, and let out a sigh of relief when I see Yoongi's caller ID photo. "Hello?"

"Hey Taylor, where are you? Jin called saying that you two got separated."

Good to know Jin noticed too before it was too late, I don't know why I didn't think about calling the boys first. "Yeah, I noticed a bit ago but thought I could find him on my own. Right now I'm standing on a cobblestone bridge over a river, does that help?" I hear a rustling of paper as well as Namjoon's voice in the background.

"Yeah, actually it does. Jin's got a map with him so just stay put, okay? We're worried enough about losing you in Korea, but we are in an unfamiliar country for all of us so losing anyone is worrisome."

"I know, I'm sorry," I find myself apologizing as I lean against the railing of the bridge. I feel a sense of guilt knowing I worried them, I could only imagine how panicked Jin must have been when he realized.

"Don't apologize, Taylor. It's not your fault, things like this happen. Namjoon has Jin on the other line so we will know if you find each other. We're already done eating so we will meet you two at the hostel after, but I'm going to stay on the line okay?"

"Yeah okay-" I'm cut off by a certain mochi on the other end.

"TAYLOR! Are you sure you're alright? Man if only we were bonded I could have found your location by now. Or if you had the map I could at least give you Jin's location."

I mentally groan, knowing Jimin is right. I had completely forgotten that his ability makes him a tracker, which would have come in handy right about now. "There's nothing we can do about that, Jimin. I'm perfectly fine, I think I'll just wash up as soon as we get back and relax a bit. What about you? Did you get your bag back?"

"Yeah, I got it with some help from Namjoon and one of the camera people. Two buses arrived so we split up to check each one, and the one the camera man went to had it. So my underwear is safe now!"

I hear scuffling from the other end, and the little meow meow returns on the line.

"Jimin I don't think she needed to hear that last part. Anyways, Jin says he's almost there, do you see him anywhere?"

I look up from my phone and spot the eldest member's bright pink cap heading towards me. "Yeah, I see him! We'll head back to the hostel now." I respond, waving my arms to get Jin's attention. He gives me a bright smile of relief before saying something into his phone, probably to Namjoon on his end.

"Alright, call us if you guys can't find your way back. And stick together, Jimin can at least track Jin as long as you stay with each other."

"Roger that, officer!" I say with a mock salute, causing the man to give a small chuckle on the other end even though he can't see me. We hang up as Jin runs the last bit of distance over to me, wrapping me up in a giant bear hug.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry! I was so worried when I realized you weren't with me, I promise it won't happen again!" He cries, burying his face in my shoulder.

I roll my eyes at the man, wrapping my arms around his neck to return the hug. "Jin, please don't beat yourself up about it. I'm a grown woman, and out of all of us I'll have the easiest time navigating my way around. Everything is okay now, so let's just go back to the hostel and enjoy the rest of the day, okay?"
