While you where sleeping for a bit the boys started to talk about you. "How did she fall asleep?" Roy asked. "No idea" Ed said as he shrugged. "Well never mind that, what did she whisper to when you gave her that gift?" Havoc said with a smirk. Ed looked away and blush , thinking about what you said.

Few minutes before~

"thanks for the gift Eddie, I promise i will give you something special in return , but that's a secret" You whispered in Ed's ear with a little bit teasing in your voice.

Present

"T-that's none of your business" Ed said stuttering. "Oh you're not telling?" Roy said with a teasing voice. "what did you two exactly do when you two were alone?" Hughes said. Of course anybody would take that the wrong way, well so did Ed. "What do you mean by that?!" Ed yelled turning red. "Oh so something did happen" Havoc said. What they didn't know you were waking up from there talking. You sat up and overheard that last sentence. The boys were arguing and didn't notice you. "What happened?" you said tired, rubbing your eye with coat of the sleeve. The four boys looked at you. "Maybe we should ask Y/N herself" Havoc said smirking. "Ask me what?" you said standing up kind of confused. Inside Ed's head he was freaking out. "Wait were you making fun of me?" You asked Havoc. "What?No" Havoc said. "You were!" You tackled him and started to hit him. "Actually Colonel L/N, That's not it" Roy said. You gave him a blank face. 'He only calls me that if it's serious, something up' you said in your head. "Well what is it then?" You ask standing up and dusting yourself off with your long sleeve coat. Ed started to panic. "What exactly did you and full-" "Hey I just remembered that Y/N and Al need to help with the research Dr. Marcoh gave us! Lets go Al!" Ed said Grabbing your sleeve pulling you along with him and his Brother out the door. "wait Ed!" you said as he tugged you along. Ed gave out a sigh of relief. 'too close'

After your 'Escorts' caught up with you three , all of you went to the first branch. And well...

"It's gone" you said as you stared at the burnt down building. "Now what?" Ed asked "Let's go to the second branch maybe they have it there" You said as you looked at Ed

You where now infornt of a house belonging to a girl named Seska. Brosh knocked on the door. No answer. "Is she not Here" Brosh asked. "But the lights are on, She has to be home" You said as you open the door. "Excuse Us" You and Ed said walking in. "Wow, lot of books" You said as you looked at the pile of books everywhere. All five of you walked inside "Hello?" "Ms.Seska!" you and Maria called out. Al heard something. "Y/N! Brother! someone trapped under there!" He said pointing at a pile of books. "Don't just stand there!" You said. "Dig!Dig!" Ed yelled. After digging books the place was a mess, books everywhere even on your and Ed's heads. "Thank you! Thank you! I thought i was going to die!" The girl you dug out said. "You're welcome" All five of you said. "Are you Seska?" you asked. She nodded "Yes I'm Seska, I used to work at the first branch and i love books, so much that I would forget to work but read instead, so I got fired. I have to work so i can put my sick mother in a better hospital but...I'm so clumsy at doing anything other then read books and i can't get work anywhere" She started to sob just a bit. "Is this lady ok.....?" Ed asked "Shh Ed!" You said covering his mouth with your hand. He mumbled word under your hand. "There's something we wanted to ask you, Do you know any research files by Tim Marcoh?" you asked, as Ed licked you hand "Ew! Ed!" you said rubbing his spit on his face. She sat there thinking "Oh! Yes, I remember! The files where in the back of the branch!" She said. "That means..." Ed started "They really did get burned" You and Al finished. "Looks like we have to start from scratch again" Ed said walking to the door "Sorry for wasting your time" Al said following, You walked close to Ed. "Did you want to read those documents?" Seska said "Yes, but now there's no way we can-" "I remember all that was written though" Seska said

You, Ed and Al looked at each other and turned around. "Huh?" you three said together. "Because...I remember everything written in a book after reading it once....Word for Word, without a single mistake. This will take some time, but shall I make a copy?" You and Ed took her hand "Thank You Ms. Bookworm!" You and Ed said together

"I'm sorry it took so long, But here they are!" Seska said gesturing to a table full of notes. "She really did it..." Al said "There are incredible people in the world, aren't there, Al.....?" Ed said In Awe. You chuckled and walked over to Seska. "Thank you for your hard work" You smiled . She Nodded "This is it! Tim Marcoh's Research '1000 flavors for today's menu'!!" "Huh?" all five of you said in disbelief. All five of you looked though the papers, And Lieutenant Brosh was arguing with Seska. "Are you sure this is Dr. Marcoh Research?" you asked Seska. "Yes! Word for Word!" You look at Ed and He looked at you , Both of you nodded "We'll take it" The both of you said picking up papers. "And for helping us....Maria Ross Here is my Registration code, signature and my pocket watch for my Identity" Ed said handing the item to Maria "Here's Mine too" You said handing her the same items. Both of started to walk out the door. "Go to the state Alchemist division at the president's office, Withdraw from both mine and Edward's Annual research funds the sum of money we wrote, and give it to Seska" You said walking out he door. "Seska, thanks A lot! Bye!" Edward said walking out the door "Yes, Colonel...From there research expenses..." She opened up both pieces of paper, and well...
