"i wish you didn't have to go back" y/n frowned. "me too doll" richie zipped his suitcase. "i can't believe this" y/n pointed to herself and richie, "was only for the summer" she said. "hey" richie came closer to her, "don't cry, what we had was special. and i'll never forget it" he smiled.

"we don't even live in the same state" y/n fake laughed. "maybe your parents will move to where i live" richie smiled. "i don't even know where you live" y/n questioned. "that's a surprise" richie laughed.

"say goodbye to grandma rich" maggie said. "bye grandma" richie hugged her, "bye princess" he kissed y/n's forehead. "bye love" y/n sniffled. "don't cry, we'll see each other one day" richie hugged her. "i hope so" y/n smiled.

"come on richie" wentworth looked at his watch. "coming" richie said, "till i see you again" richie pecked y/n's lips. "till i see you again" y/n cried.

"i can't believe you had a summer fling with the neighbors grandson" monica looked at the framed picture of y/n and richie. "i wish i could see him again" y/n sighed. "maybe you will" monica sat on y/n's bed. "how" y/n asked. "i heard we were going to move to derry" monica said. "where's derry" y/n looked confused.

"i'm pretty sure in maine" monica answered. "i hope richie lives there" y/n mumbled. "i'm sure he does" monica winked before leaving her room. "what does that mean" y/n yelled. "you'll see" monica yelled back.

"i can't believe you're moving" lisa hugged me. "i can't believe i'm moving too" y/n hugged her back. "don't forget about us" max frowned. "i could never" y/n pulled away from lisa and hugged max. "i swear if you forget us, we'll go to derry and smack you" garcia fake laughed. "group hug" lisa hugged y/n. "oh god" garcia laughed as she hugged y/n

"y/n we have to go" monica sighed. "i'll never forget you guys" y/n pulled away. "better not" max said. "how long is this flight" y/n asked as she walked next to monica. "one hour" monica answered. "jesus" y/n laughed.

"have you heard from richie" monica asked as she helped y/n bring boxes in. "we promised each other we wouldn't write or call" y/n carefully put one box down. "why not" monica looked shocked. "i don't know, so we don't get hurt" y/n shrugged.

"that's a dick move" monica sat on the couch. "i mean i'd rather get over him than get hurt" y/n sat next to her. "we're so lucky school doesn't start until next week" monica sighed in relief. "i'm going to sophomore year" y/n rolled her eyes. "and i'm a junior dipshit" monica slapped y/n's arms. "bitch" y/n mumbled as she rubbed her arm.

"why did you promise each other you wouldn't write or call" beverly groaned. "because" richie tried finding an excuse, "i don't know okay" he sighed. "i can't believe richie fucking tozier had a summer fling" stanley laughed. "believe it" bill smiled.

"cut the crap richie, whats the real reason" eddie asked. "i was scared okay" richie gave up. "SCARED" mike yelled. "we fought a killer clown when we were 13. are you really scared of commitment" ben laughed. "shut up" richie scoffed.
