Johnny stared at his roommate who for the second day in a row refused to play video games with him. Haechan was once again consumed with his phone as he smiled and occasionally laughed at something. What Johnny had witnessed a few days ago only made him guess it was a girl he too was all too familiar with.

The older boy remembered being shocked at the hug they shared. It had been years of the two bickerings. How long had it been since they were friends? And hugging? Johnny was used to receive hugs from the Canadian girl but something about seeing the two huggings was completely different. Everyone thought they would never get along.

Now Haechans sudden disappearances after practice made sense. Johnny could only wonder why they were being so secretive. Was there possibly more going on?

"Who are you texting?" Haechan didn't respond as he continued to smile at his phone completely unaware of his surroundings.

"Yah!" The younger boy briefly looked away from his screen to stare at his roommate. He rose an eyebrow to urge him to continue.

"I asked. Who are you texting?" Johnny waited to see if the boy would become flustered.

"Jaemin," he said casually before returning to his phone. A loud laugh followed. Johnny didn't believe one ounce of what he was saying.

The laughs only grew louder. Johnny reached over and snatched the phone. He stared at the screen expecting the icon to be a girl he knew all too well. Instead, he saw a meme of Renjun.

"What are you doing?" Johnny slowly returned the phone.

"I was just wondering what was so funny," a lie so smooth that even he was surprised. Haechan muttered the slang "weirdo" in English, that caused Johnny to look towards him.

There was only one person he knew to constantly say that. The girl was known for always muttering that word whenever her brother would act up. There was no way Haechan just casually started picking up random English words. She must've called him a weirdo as well.

What was he to do with this new revelation? Would he have his sons back? Would he remain loyal to his members? Would be a snitch to Mark? Johnny could only sit there and contemplate the tough decision he would have to make with his newfound knowledge.

Aera made her way through campus. Having just finished her classes she had planned to meet with her friends and then go to SM. Despite the fact that it was her unexpected day off she wanted to hang around the building.

Unknown to her surroundings and much less to the person who had just taken notice of her, Aera mindlessly stared at her phone. She was expecting a reply from HyunTae as to where they would be meeting.

"Aera," an all too familiar voice called out to her. The girl stopped, frozen in place. She had almost imagined herself to be imagining the voice. That was until she saw the familiar black converse stop right in front of her.

"Can we talk?" Aera finally looked up to meet the eyes of her ex. It had been quite a while since she had last talked to him. Her heart started to race at the sight of him so close and actually talking to her.

"Please," he said once she failed to reply. Aera could only think back to their last conversation. He had given up.

"Aera," he went to reach for her shoulder before she took a sudden step back. His hand falling limp to his side.

"Not right now," she only met his eyes for a brief moment before she attempted to move around him. The girl didn't know what she was feeling. She felt hurt thinking back to their breakup, angry when thinking about the girl he had been hugging, but most of all immune to the puppy eyes he was attempting to give her.
