Mornings offer a great start,
Which you need to take part.
Try it with coffee or milk,
While still covered with your sheet of silk.
Stretch even if you want to,
As it's going to be a long day for you.

Afternoons take most of your time,
So use it wisely and while thinking, whistle with a rhyme.
Take a sip of an energy drink,
Or just watch something of your kink.
As you need a lot of energy,
In order to get through the day without feeling drained or groggy.

Evenings close the day,
So before you sleep, take time to pray.
Drink a milk to make you calm,
And listen to music that fits to your jam.
Relax your body and turn off the light,
Sweet dreams and good night.
