"This is so stupid"

Ron mutters.

"You're just saying that because you're stupid"

Hermione says, making me chuckle.

"I don't see why people hate the dark arts"

I state.

"I hate it"

Ron mutters.

"We know"

Hermione and I say in unison.

We look at eachother with a smile and laugh before being shushed.

"I can't wait until the next quidditch game"

Hermione says with a sigh.

"I can't wait until Slytherin beats your arse"

I whisper jokingly.

Hermione rolls her eyes with a smile before we both begin to do our work. Ron continues to mumble and complain about the subject but we ignore him in silence.

"Tommorow is the second round of the Triwizard tournament"

Ron states.

"We know Ron"

Hermione and I reply at the same time.

"You guys are all going right?"

Ron asks.

"Yeah, I mean... what else would we do?"

Hermione says.

"I was thinking about skipping it but Cedric would kill me"

I say with a chuckle.

"She's just always alone"

I hear Pansy whisper to a couple of girls. I ignored her whispering an hour ago but it just kept going and now it's just plain annoying. The common room is empty except for her, her friends, and Draco, who is minding his own business (surprisingly) on the couch across from mine.

"Still talking about me Pansy?"

I say, with my eyes still on my book.

"What did you just say?"

Pansy says, her friends scatter out.

"You have been talking about me for an hour now Pansy, we get i that you're obsessed with me"

I state. I can not see her face but I could imagine the red tone that it turns into a shade of a tomatoe.

I giggle to myself.

"What's so funny?"

Pansy asks, I can hear the slight fear in her voice.

Draco's attention was fully on Celeste and her enemy. He was amused by the way Celeste giggles to herself, it showed a sinister side to her. The way her giggle single handedly mocked and negatively affected Pansy drew Draco in, he had never seen or heard a person do that.

Celeste continued to giggle herself, she was facing her book but Pansy was fully facing Celeste.

"I said, what's so funny?"

Pansy says again, causing Celeste to giggle and laugh more.

"It's just- it's just-"
