Fuck paying my dues and fuck showing respect, I only attended Nate's funeral to see who would pop up. Shockingly, Malik, pussy ass, popped up with his whole family.

Nate disrespected me and I never could forget that. He tried to run up on what is mine. Khadijah belongs to me and that goes for every muthafucka out there.

Just thinking about the situation got me waiting to put a hot one in his ass again. Kill his ass at his own funeral.

I rubbed my face like I was sentimental or some shit just to break out of the church.

When I got in the car, I noticed that Rocsi had been calling me back to back for the past twenty minutes. Just as I was about to call her back, her name popped up on my screen.

"Why you blowing my shit up, shorty?" I snapped.

"Khadijah is at my goddamn door." She snapped back. "The shit is disrespectful and I'm two seconds from whooping her ass."

I snickered. Now this bitch wanna come back the exact same day that they buried her little boyfriend.

I sped my way to the crib and made a thirty minute drive, a ten minute one. Khadijah think her ass is slick. I got questions and she damn sure better have the answers.

When I pulled up, I saw a white Aston Martin sitting outside the building. The back door was opened and I could hear as the girl inside of it yelled at the little boy running around outside.

The little boy looked identical to the person I look at everyday in the mirror but most of all to Amina.

Cease doesn't look like the same kid from just a year ago. He grew a bit, matured a little, and reflects me more.

Honestly, that's my only fear. Cease becoming too much like me.

I shook off the thought and killed my engine before getting out of my car.

Cease didn't waste a second before realizing exactly who I am.

"Dad!" he called out as he ran towards me. I scooped him up in my arms.

He has this big Kool-Aid smile across his face. I could tell he missed his father. At this moment I could slap the shit out of Khadijah for taking him away from me.

"I missed you, man." I smiled. "What you been on?" I noticed Khadijah climbing out of the car.

Cease shook his head. "Nothing. You have to meet Kye." He smiled once again and pointed to the car.

Khadijah was standing against the car only about six feet from me so I walked closer to her.

"Who's Kye?" I asked.

"My brother!" Cease cheerfully yelled. I nodded. She came here to spit that little nigga is mine shit.

Honestly, she could save it. I ain't claiming no one without a test. These bitches ain't loyal no more. They'll do anything for a check.

"Can I see the kid?" I asked Khadijah.

Khadijah rolled her eyes. "Hello to yo ass too."

"C'mon, Khadijah. You leave for over a year. Pop back up with a baby. What's up?!" I snapped.

"You talking like you didn't already know I was pregnant!" She snapped back.

Khadijah took a deep breath and shook her head. "I didn't come here to argue wit' you. I just came so you can see your children."

It's eighty-two degrees out here and I have on a suit. I'm sweating bullets. "A'ight. Lets go upstairs so I could change."

Khadijah pondered and then sat back in the car. "We'll wait for you down here."
