Once outside of The Three Broomsticks, we all come to a halt. "Where are we going first Ginny?" I ask, her letting go of both of our hands.

"Just come on." She says with a smile, practically skipping ahead of us.

"We'll see you guys later." I hear the twins say from behind me. I turn around to face them.

"Where are you guys going?" I ask,

"Zonko's joke shop of course." They reply together.

"Right, see you later." I run to catch up with Hermione and Ginny walking in the distance.

We end up wandering into Madam Puddifoot's tea shop. After analyzing all the new flavors of tea, Ginny chooses peach, Hermione picks mint, and I decide on pomegranate.

We all sit down at a table in the corner of the room, waiting for our tea to be brewed. In the middle of our conversation, Hermione looks up at me with wide eyes, like she'd seen a ghost.

"What?" I ask frantically. She tilts her head to the right, leading my gaze over to a handsome boy two tables over. He was wearing a gray, long sleeve shirt with, a little patch on the upper right side labeled with the Hufflepuff crest. Along with a pair of black jeans that fit his body perfectly.

I was still admiring him when I heard a small gasp leave Ginny's lips, making me realize we were all staring.

I mean how couldn't you? He had a slim figure, sharp jawline, light pink lips, and golden brown hair. I look back to the table, taking my gaze away from the beautiful boy, Hermione and Ginny doing the same. "Wow." Ginny says, her eyes still wide.

"Order for Brooke!" The woman behind the counter shouts. I saunter up to the three mugs sitting on the wooden table top and try to balance them all on my arms, resulting in a burn on my wrist.

"Bloody hell." I seethe in a whisper.

"Order for Diggory!" The woman shouts again, returning to her work and I rub the tender skin where the mug had made contact on my arm. "You need help with that?" A voice asks behind me.

I turn around to find the boy from the table, his icy blue eyes piercing into mine. I look to the ground and back up at him. "Yeah, that would be great. Thank you." I shyly grin, him returning the gesture with a smirk.

He takes Ginny's mug in his left hand and his in his right as we start walking towards our table. Hermione and Ginny look up with shocked expressions as we approach them, resulting in the brunette girl subtly tapping the other's foot under the table to break her out of the trance she was in.

I place Hermione's tea in front of her and put mine in front of myself as I sit down.

"This one must be for you." He gingerly slides Ginny's mug over to her with a kind smile.

She giggles in response, as a bright pink blush starts forming on her cheeks. Hermione rolls her eyes playfully, turning back to the boy again. "What's your name?"

"Cedric." He responds, turning to look at me.

"I'm y/n, this is Ginny and Hermione." Ginny was still blushing in her seat with a big grin across her face, making us all snicker. "Would you like to sit?" I ask him.

"Are you sure? I wouldn't want to intrude." I nod in response, gesturing to the empty seat next to me. He sits down, placing his mug on the table along with the book he was reading. "I feel like I've seen you somewhere. Do you play quidditch?" Hermione asks,

"Oh, yeah all the time. I'm the captain and seeker of Hufflepuff."

"That's right. Y/n plays quidditch too." Ginny mentions.

"Really? What position?"

"Chaser for Gryffindor." I reply, looking into his eyes once again.

"Oh, so you're the girl that kept scoring on us last year. You reckon you have talent." He adds with a gentle smirk.

"Merlins beard! I love that book!" Hermione exclaims, staring at the novel under Cedric's arm.

"Oh-" He laughs softly. "You know it?"

"Of course. It's a classic in my opinion. Y/n and I read it together last year."

"I've read it too." Ginny chimes in.

"What was your favorite part?" He asks her causing her eyes widen, obviously not even knowing what the title was.

"I don't know. There's too many." She nervously laughs, the blush not leaving her face since he sat down. We talked for a little while longer until Cedric peered at his watch and mentioned that he had to go.

"I hope to see you next game y/n ,but this time we won't be losing." He says teasingly, sending me a wink while walking away.

"You fancy each other." Hermione concludes.

"We don't, I just think he's attractive." Hermione and Ginny exchange a doubtful kind of look.

After leaving the tea shop we head over to Honeydukes, knowing that Harry and Ron would be there. We enter and discover them filling their bags up with all different sorts of sweets. Ginny, instantly intrigued, grabs a bag for herself.

"What have you guys been up to?" I ask

"Just roaming around into the different shops. Mostly here though. How about you three?"

"We've just been in Madam Pattifoot's the whole time." Hermione states.

"Why would you spend that much time in a tea shop?" He questions with furrowed brows.

"Because y/n was busy flirting with a boy." I roll my eyes in response before I heard the doors open.

"Who was y/n flirting with?" George asks walking in with Fred.

"Cedric." Ginny giggles.

"You both are unbelievable." I scoff, but choose to not continue on the subject. I glance over to Fred, standing next to George awkwardly. I felt the butterflies in my stomach when my gaze set upon him so what in Merlin was I doing?
