When i opened my eyes I saw around and the surroundings were diffrent.
Then i remembered I met with an accident.
I looked around to see Mom, Sarah and Sid sitting on the couch and Rohit, Arjun and Sachin standing talking among themselves.

Where is Priya?

"Bhai you are up?" Asked Sid when he noticed I was moving.

I just nodded.
Everyone rushed towards me and Sarah said
"I'll tell Priya." And went.

That means Priya is here!

" How are you? You scared us!" Mom said tearing up.
"I am fine mom. Don't worry!" I said assuring her.
Mom just held my hand and was caressing my cheek.

Priya entered the room with the doctor.
But she was looking everywhere in the room except at me.

What is wrong with her?
The doctor did his check up and left when Arjun asked
"How did the accident happen Dhruvv?"

"I don't know i was ending a call and all of a sudden a truck came from the right and hit me." I said looking at Priya expecting her to show any reaction.
But no!
She just stood there looking at the floor.

What? Is the floor more important than me?

"Thank God you are fine Dhruvv. We were all so scared. You wouldn't get up only." Sarah said trying really hard not to cry.

"You should know i was going to get up. There are a lots of jokes of Sid I have to listen yet." I said laughing trying to light up the mood.

"Ofcourse bhai." Sid said and everyone was laughing except Priya.

What do I do with this girl?
You wanted to stay away from her. So now here your mission is accomplished. She is staying away!

Rohit said to mom "Aunty now I think you all should go and rest. We'll stay with him."
Mom nodded and said
"Even you guys must be tired. Go and rest."
"Yess... Me and Priya would manage here. Right Priya? Sarah said.

She just looked at sarah and nodded.

Something is definitely up with her!

Then the nurse entered and gave a list of medicines to be brought.
"I'll bring it." Priya said but her voice was hoarse.

But I ignored it. Maybe I heard it wrong.
Everyone left the room telling me to take care and sarah took a chair and sat beside me.
"Thank you." She said smiling.
"For?" I asked confused.
"She cried before me because of you." She said.
Because of me?
Why would she cry because of me?
"She is not had anything except water since the day you met the accident. Whenever I tried telling her to eat she would just lie that she ate and is full."
She said.

"Why would she do that?" I asked.

"You know what.. You are both are stubborn. Trying to runaway from each other. Stupid people!" She said getting angry.

"Why would I runaway from her?" I asked confused.
What is she talking about?

"I asked her why is she not eating anything is it because of you then she replied with the same thing!
Why would she do it? You both cannot for once show that you care." She said raising her voice and just then Priya entered with the medicines still not looking towards me.
